Abstract

The rail has a mounting part (40) mounting the rail on facilities provided on a front section of a sales area of a table. A supporting part (50) is provided for a removable fixation of a communication medium.   The invention relates generally to equipment and accessories for sales areas such as supermarkets and hypermarkets.

  Traditionally, these sales areas are equipped with gondolas with shelves, on which are placed the products for sale.

  It is common practice to equip the front of these shelves with facilities in particular to affix price tags, whether in the form of digital signals cardboard or plastic or, more recently, electronic tags controlled remotely and allowing the display of the price on a liquid crystal display.

  There are various forms for such arrangements, these being either integrated directly to the tablet, or provided on profiled rails reported (by gluing, latching, etc.) on the front face of the tablet.

It may thus be necessary to have up-to-date communication supports to equip the shelves at the bottom or the shelves inclined downwards, or to have communication supports inclined downwards to equip the shelves located at a height.

  The disadvantage mentioned above relating to the referencing of different types of accessories is thus increased because of the variety of arrangements of tablets.

  The invention aims to overcome this drawback of the state of the art. More precisely, an object of the invention is to propose a profiled rail intended to be attached to the front face of a sales area tablet that is shaped so as to be able to carry different types of communication media. Another object of the invention is to provide a rail shaped so that it is possible to fix a same communication medium at different angles of inclination.

  The invention thus proposes, according to a first aspect, a profiled rail comprising a mounting part making it possible to assemble the rail on arrangements provided at the front of a shelf of sales area, and a support part for fixing removable communication media, characterized in that the support portion is semi-cylindrical and comprises at least two longitudinal grooves formed on its front face, each groove opening on a channel formed inside the support portion.

  Some preferred, but not limiting, aspects of this rail are the following: each groove has lateral edges which delimit the opening of the channel and each form a bearing zone capable of allowing the attachment of a communication medium; the rail comprises at least three longitudinal grooves each opening on a channel, said grooves being evenly distributed on the front face of the rail, so that the angular difference between two successive channels is identical regardless of the pair of successive channels considered; the rail comprises four longitudinal grooves and in that the angular difference between two successive channels is substantially equal to 44; the grooves are each made so that the zones of the front face contiguous to a groove, on either side thereof to the right of the corresponding channel, respectively form an upper retaining lip and a lower retaining lip shaped so that the size of the upper retaining lip is smaller than or equal to the size of the upper retaining lip.

  Referring now to the drawings, there is shown in Figures 4 and 5 two possible embodiments of a rail 1 according to the first aspect of the invention.

  The rail 1 comprises a mounting portion 40 for mounting the rail on arrangements provided at the front of a sales area tablet, and a support portion 50 for the removable attachment of communication media on the rail.

  In FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting portion 40 is more precisely adapted to a tablet of the type shown in FIG. 3. Of course, the mounting part can be adapted to different types of sales area tablets, and in particular, as will be described in more detail below with reference to Figs. 17a-17f, to any one of the tablets shown in Figs. 1 to 3.

  The rails of FIGS. 4 and 5 differ in that the mounting portion of the rail of FIG. 5 presents arrangements 60, known in themselves, forming a rail making it possible to clip a separator on a shelf (the separator serving as a partition allowing separate product groups placed on the tablet).

  The support portion 50 is semi-cylindrical. It comprises at least two longitudinal grooves formed on its front face 70 semicircular profile.

  Each longitudinal groove 51-54 has a groove opening width LR and opens on a channel 61-64 formed inside the support portion 50.

  The side edges 510, 511; 520, 521; 530, 531; 540, 541 of each groove 51, 52, 53, 54 define the opening of the corresponding channel 61, 62, 63, 64 and each form a support zone provided to allow the attachment of a communication medium on the rail.

  Preferably, and as shown in FIG. 6, the grooves and the corresponding channels are regularly distributed along the semicircular profile of the front face 70 of the support part.

  In this way, the angular difference between two successive channels is identical regardless of the pair of successive channels considered.

  More precisely, the angular difference (measured from the virtual center C of the semi-circular profile of the external face) between two successive grooves is constant. In the example of Figure 6, four grooves are formed in the outer face and the angular difference between successive grooves is 44.

  Part 100c comprises a main portion 104 of substantially semicircular profile adapted to fit at least a portion of the front face of the semi-cylindrical support portion of the rail according to the first aspect of the invention.

  The upper end of the central portion 104 has, on the side intended to come into contact with the front face of the rail, an upper bent member 108 comprising an upper arm 1081 and an upper forearm 1082 directed to extend substantially in parallel. from the central part.

  The upper forearm 1082 is intended to be introduced upward into a channel of the support portion of the rail and the upper arm 1081 is intended to abut on the upper side edge of the groove corresponding to said channel. In such a configuration, the forearm 1082 marries the inner face of the upper retaining lip.

  The lower end of the central portion 104 carries a clamp 109 having, on the side intended to come into contact with the front face of the rail, a lower crank member 106, and on the other side an arm 107 directed downwards obliquely. outwardly, this arm 107 being provided to act as a bearing surface to manually perform the declipping of the communication medium.

  The lower bent member 106 has a lower arm 1061 and a lower forearm 1062 directed to extend substantially parallel to the central portion.

  The lower forearm 1062 is intended to be introduced downward into a channel of the support portion of the rail and the lower arm 1061 is intended to abut on the lower side edge of the groove corresponding to said channel. In such a configuration, the lower forearm marries the inner face of the lower retaining lip.   The support 110b (see FIGS. 16a-16b) is that comprising a flexible hinge 113 as has already been illustrated in FIGS. 13b, 14a-14c and 15a-15c.
