DISTRIBUTEUR D'ARTICLES DESTINE À CONTENIR, PRESENTER ET DISTRIBUER UNE SUCCESSION D'ARTICLES ET PRESENTOIR POUR ARTICLES ARTICLE DISPENSER FOR CONTAINING, PRESENTING AND DISTRIBUTING AN ESTATE OF ARTICLES AND DISPLAY FOR ARTICLES

L'invention concerne un distributeur d'articles destiné à contenir, présenter et distribuer une succession d'articles disposés les uns derrière les autres, et destinés à être retirés chacun leur tour du distributeur d'articles. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de maintenir les articles sur le distributeur d'articles tout en proposant une mise en avant de l'article en regard du consommateur, telle qu'une face de l'article présenté est toujours dirigée vers le regard du consommateur. L'invention concerne également un présentoir d'articles comportant un ou plusieurs distributeurs selon l'invention, dans lequel lesdits distributeurs sont disposés de manière à ce que les articles s'étendent horizontalement par rapport à une surface sur laquelle ledit présentoir repose. Dans le domaine de la grande distribution, et d'une manière générale dans le domaine du commerce, il est connu de présenter certaines catégories d'articles, généralement de petite taille, sur des présentoirs s'étendant en hauteur le long de rayonnages. Les présentoirs comportent généralement un cadre accolé par exemple à une paroi, ou utilisé pour former un séparateur entre deux allées. Les articles sont disposés successivement les uns derrière les autres dans une profondeur des rayonnages du présentoir, de manière à ce qu'un seul article, situé au niveau de l'extrémité débouchante du rayonnage, face au consommateur, puisse être retiré aisément dudit présentoir par le consommateur. Pour cela, il est connu de disposer des casiers, ou boxes, dans une hauteur du présentoir, chaque casier s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du présentoir. Les articles sont disposés les uns derrière les autres dans une plus grande dimension, ou longueur, desdits casiers. Les casiers peuvent par exemple coulisser de manière à être aisément insérés et retirés du présentoir. Chaque casier présente une extrémité débouchante au niveau de laquelle les articles sont retirés, coïncidant une fois mis en place, avec la face de présentation du présentoir. Par face de présentation, on entend la face dirigée vers les consommateurs. L'extrémité opposée du casier est souvent munie d'un poussoir destiné à repousser les articles logés dans le casier en direction de l'extrémité débouchante. Le plus souvent, le poussoir est un élément élastique comprimé par les articles présents, et qui tend à retrouver sa position repos en repoussant les articles en direction de l'extrémité débouchante. Un inconvénient des systèmes actuellement utilisés est que les articles dans les casiers situés aux extrémités supérieure et inférieure du présentoir ne sont pas aisément visibles pour le consommateur. En effet, les casiers situés à « hauteur d'yeux » pour le consommateur lui présentent les articles de manière frontale, c'est-à-dire, dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du regard du consommateur. Afin de visualiser les articles situés dans les casiers en parties supérieure et inférieure du présentoir, le consommateur doit relever ou abaisser la tête. Malgré cela, l'article ne se trouve pas dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du regard du consommateur, qui n'a donc qu'une vision courbée en perspective de l'article. L'invention a pour but de résoudre, au moins partiellement, au moins un des problèmes exposés ci-dessus. Ainsi, l'invention propose un distributeur d'articles apte à être logé dans un présentoir, le distributeur comportant un support d'articles tel qu'un casier, une tablette ou autre, destiné à supporter une succession d'articles à présenter et distribuer. Les articles s'entendent longitudinalement dans la plus grande dimension du support. Le distributeur selon l'invention comporte un dispositif de maintien et de présentation destiné à maintenir en position sur le support l'article situé au niveau de l'extrémité de présentation du support. L'extrémité de présentation du support correspond à l'extrémité débouchante, au niveau de laquelle les articles peuvent être retirés par le consommateur. Le dispositif de maintien et de présentation est tel que l'article situé au niveau de l'extrémité de présentation du support peut toujours être orienté/incliné de manière à être dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe du regard du consommateur. Plus précisément, le dispositif de maintien et de présentation permet d'incliner vers le bas, ou vers le haut, ou de maintenir verticalement l'article situé au niveau de l'extrémité de présentation du support, en fonction de la position du distributeur dans la hauteur du présentoir. Ainsi, pour un distributeur situé au-dessus de la ligne d'horizon du consommateur, le dispositif de maintien et de présentation permet de maintenir incliné vers le bas l'article à retirer, de manière à ce qu'il soit contenu dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du regard du consommateur. Ainsi, lorsque le consommateur lève la tête en direction de ce distributeur l'article à retirer est incliné vers lui et il en a une vision frontale. Inversement, pour un distributeur situé en dessous de la ligne d'horizon du consommateur, le dispositif de maintien et de présentation permet de maintenir incliné vers le haut l'article à retirer. La flexibilité du dispositif de maintien et de présentation selon l'invention permet d'adapter aisément la position des articles dans le distributeur, en fonction de l'inclinaison que l'on souhaite donner aux articles et notamment en fonction de la position du distributeur dans le présentoir et/ou en fonction de la taille moyenne des consommateurs cibles pour les articles présentés. L'invention a donc pour objet un distributeur d'articles destiné à contenir, présenter et distribuer une succession d'articles disposés les uns derrière les autres, comportant - un support destiné à supporter dans une dimension la succession d'articles, lesdits articles devant avancer successivement à un emplacement d'enlèvement situé à une extrémité de présentation de ladite plus grande dimension dudit support, d'où ils peuvent être individuellement et successivement retirés du support, - un élément de retenu pour maintenir la succession d'articles sur le support et présenter l'article situé à l'emplacement d'enlèvement, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenu présente un système d'accroche apte à maintenir l'élément de retenu sur le support selon au moins deux orientations différentes par rapport à l'axe longitudinal dudit support, de manière à pouvoir présenter l'article situé à l'emplacement d'enlèvement selon au moins deux plans différents. Le support peut par exemple être une simple planche sur laquelle les articles reposent. Le support peut également être un casier, ou tout autre contenant apte à supporter une succession d'articles. Les parois latérales 32 du casier 13 bordent les articles de part et d'autre de la surface de glisse 31, et permettent de guider les articles dans la longueur I du casier 13. Chaque casier 13 est muni d'un poussoir 16 fixé à l'extrémité arrière 18 du casier 13. Le poussoir 16 est apte à coulisser sur la surface de glisse 31, en direction de l'extrémité de présentation 11 du casier 13 correspondant, afin de pousser les articles au fur et à mesure que les articles sont retirés de l'emplacement d'enlèvement 15. L'élément de retenu 12 a ici une forme générale en U. La barre inférieure du U, ou extrémité inférieure 23, est insérée dans l'extrémité de fixation 19 du système d'accroche 14. Les barres latérales 33 de l'élément de retenu 12 en U s'étendent perpendiculairement à la surface de glisse 30. Les barres latérales 33 de l'élément de retenu 12 sont telles qu'elles présentent une surface d'appui vers l'intérieur pour l'article situé à l'emplacement d'enlèvement 15 et plus généralement pour l'ensemble des articles disposés dans le casier 13. La disposition des articles dans le casier 13 est telle que des rebords latéraux de l'article situé à l'emplacement d'enlèvement reposent contre la paroi interne des barres latérales 33 du U formant l'élément de retenu 12. La forme générale en U de l'élément de retenu 12 ménage une ouverture visuelle pour la face latérale avant de l'article situé au niveau de l'emplacement d'enlèvement 15, afin que le consommateur ait une bonne vision dudit article du distributeur 10. Bien entendu, de nombreuses autres formes peuvent être envisagées pour l'élément de retenu 12, dans la mesure où il permet de retenir les articles dans le casier 13 et de laisser un accès à l'article situé à l'emplacement d'enlèvement 15, afin que ledit article puisse être au moins partiellement visible et aisément pris en main par le consommateur. Comme cela est donc mis en avant dans la figure 4, le présentoir 1 selon l'invention peut donc comporter une succession de distributeurs 10 sans sa largeur, les distributeurs 10 étant alors accolés les uns aux autres au niveau de leurs parois latérales 32. Comme cela est représenté sur la figure 4, il est alors possible de prévoir un unique système d'accroche 14, s'étendant le long des extrémités de présentation 11 successives des distributeurs 10. Les éléments de retenu 12 de chacun des distributeurs 10 sont tous fixés sur ledit système d'accroche 14. Autrement, il est possible de prévoir un unique élément de retenu 12, lui aussi s'étendant sur toute la largeur des distributeurs 10 successifs. Les figures 5A, 5B et 5C montrent plus en détail un second exemple de réalisation d'un distributeur 10 apte à être logé dans un rayon 3, ou logement, ménagé dans le cadre 2 du présentoir 1 de la figure 1. Le distributeur 10 comporte une planche 40, formant support, destinée à contenir des articles A à présenter et distribuer. Une succession d'articles A peut ainsi s'étendre dans la plus grande dimension, ou longueur, I de la planche 40 (deux articles successifs seulement sont représentés). Les articles A sont disposés les uns derrière les autres, de manière à pouvoir avancer successivement jusqu'à un emplacement d'enlèvement 11, au niveau duquel lesdits articles peuvent être successivement et individuellement retirés de la planche 40. L'emplacement d'enlèvement 15 est situé au niveau de l'extrémité de présentation 11 du distributeur, correspondant à l'extrémité débouchante de la planche 40. L'élément de retenu 12 est fixé sur la planche 40 au niveau de l'extrémité de présentation 11, de manière à pouvoir exercer une pression sur l'article A situé au niveau de l'emplacement d'enlèvement 15, dirigée vers l'intérieur du distributeur 10, afin que ledit article A ne tombe pas de la planche 40. L'élément de retenu 12 est maintenu sur l'extrémité de présentation 11 de la planche 40 au moyen d'un autre exemple de réalisation de système d'accroche 41. Ce système d'accroche 41, représenté aux figures 5A, 5B et 5C peut maintenir l'élément de retenu 12 selon trois orientations différentes. Ainsi, sur la figure 5A, l'élément de retenu 12 est maintenu dans une position intermédiaire par rapport à la planche 40, correspondant à une position sensiblement verticale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal I. Sur la figure 5B, l'élément de retenu 12 est maintenu incliné vers l'arrière, c'est-à-dire vers l'intérieur du distributeur 10. Enfin, sur la figure 5C, l'élément de retenu 12 est maintenu incliné vers l'avant par le système d'accroche 41, c'est-à-dire dirigé vers l'extérieur du distributeur 10. Le système d'accroche 41 comporte une paroi horizontale 42, s'étendant partiellement sur une face supérieure 43 de la planche 40. Une face interne de la paroi horizontale 42, dirigée vers la face supérieure 43 de la planche 40 est par exemple recouverte d'un adhésif pelable, afin de pouvoir coller et décoller à loisir la paroi horizontale 42 de la planche 40. Le système d'accroche comporte également une paroi verticale 44, s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à la paroi horizontale 42, depuis une extrémité libre 45 de ladite paroi horizontale, située au niveau de l'extrémité de présentation 11. La paroi verticale 44 porte une butée 46, en saillie depuis une face interne 47 de ladite paroi verticale 44. La face interne 47 correspond à la face dirigée vers l'intérieur du distributeur 10. La butée 46 vient en butée mécanique contre une surface verticale 48, s'étendant verticalement vers le bas depuis l'extrémité de présentation 15 de la planche 40. Cette surface verticale 48 sert par exemple de porte étiquettes pour permettre un affichage des prix des articles A sous le distributeur 10. Une face externe 49 de la paroi horizontale 42 du système d'accroche 41, dirigée vers les articles A, présente une protubérance 50, en saillie vers les articles A. La protubérance 50 est positionnée à proximité de l'emplacement d'enlèvement, sans être pour autant à l'extrémité de présentation, de telle manière que l'article A situé à l'emplacement d'enlèvement ne repose que partiellement, au niveau d'une portion arrière dirigée vers l'intérieur du distributeur 10, sur la protubérance 50. Ainsi, comme cela est visible sur la figure 5C, lorsque l'élément de retenu 12 est en position inclinée vers ((avant, l'article A située à l'emplacement d'enlèvement est en équilibre instable sur la protubérance 50 tel qu'il bascule vers l'avant, pour venir s'appuyer sur l'élément de retenu. Dans les autres positions de l'élément de retenu 12, à savoir position droite (figure 5A) et position inclinée vers l'arrière (figure 5B), ledit élément de retenu 12 vient appuyer contre l'article A situé à l'emplacement d'enlèvement, le forçant à suivre l'inclinaison de l'élément de retenu 12. Le système d'accroche 41 présente également un pan incliné 51, s'étendant en biais entre la paroi horizontale 42 et la paroi verticale 44. Figure 4 shows a succession of article dispensers 10 of the invention extending next to each other. Each distributor 10 comprises a rack 13 and a retaining element 12. Each rack 13 is provided with a sliding surface 31 on which is intended to rest the succession of articles. The articles advance successively to the presentation end 11 to reach the removal location 15, at which they are successively removed by the consumer. The side walls 32 of the rack 13 line the articles on either side of the gliding surface 31, and guide the articles in the length I of the rack 13. Each rack 13 is provided with a pusher 16 fixed to the rear end 18 of the rack 13. The pusher 16 is slidable on the gliding surface 31, towards the presentation end 11 of the rack 13 corresponding, to push the items as the items are removed from the removal location 15. The retaining element 12 here has a generally U-shaped shape. The lower bar of the U, or lower end 23, is inserted into the attachment end 19 of the attachment system 14 The lateral bars 33 of the retaining element 12 in U extend perpendicular to the sliding surface 30. The lateral bars 33 of the retaining element 12 are such that they have a bearing surface towards the inside for the item located at the location of 15 and more generally for all the items disposed in the rack 13. The arrangement of the articles in the rack 13 is such that lateral edges of the article at the removal location rest against the inner wall of the lateral bars 33 of the U forming the retaining element 12. The general U-shaped shape of the retaining element 12 provides a visual opening for the front lateral face of the article situated at the removal location 15, so that the consumer has a good vision of said article of the dispenser 10. Of course, many other forms can be envisaged for the retaining element 12, insofar as it allows to retain the items in the locker 13 and leave a access to the article located at the removal location 15, so that said article can be at least partially visible and easily handled by the consumer. As is therefore highlighted in FIG. 4, the display unit 1 according to the invention may therefore comprise a succession of distributors 10 without its width, the dispensers 10 then being contiguous with each other at their side walls 32. this is shown in Figure 4, it is then possible to provide a single attachment system 14, extending along the successive presentation ends 11 of the distributors 10. The retaining elements 12 of each of the distributors 10 are all fixed on said attachment system 14. Otherwise, it is possible to provide a single retaining element 12, also extending over the entire width of the successive distributors 10. FIGS. 5A, 5B and 5C show in more detail a second exemplary embodiment of a distributor 10 capable of being accommodated in a spoke 3, or housing, formed in the frame 2 of the display unit 1 of FIG. 1. The dispenser 10 comprises a board 40 forming a support, intended to contain articles A to present and distribute. A succession of articles A can thus extend in the largest dimension, or length, I of the board 40 (only two successive articles are shown). The articles A are arranged one behind the other, so as to advance successively to a removal location 11, at which said articles can be successively and individually removed from the board 40. The location of removal 15 is located at the presentation end 11 of the distributor, corresponding to the open end of the board 40. The retaining element 12 is fixed on the board 40 at the presentation end 11, so as to being able to exert pressure on the article A located at the inwardly facing location of the dispenser 10 so that said article A does not fall off the board 40. The retainer 12 is maintained on the presentation end 11 of the board 40 by means of another embodiment of attachment system 41. This attachment system 41, shown in Figures 5A, 5B and 5C can maintain the element of selected 12 according to three different orientations. Thus, in FIG. 5A, the retaining element 12 is held in an intermediate position relative to the plate 40, corresponding to a position that is substantially vertical with respect to the longitudinal axis I. In FIG. 5B, the element of FIG. 12 is held inclined rearwardly, that is to say towards the inside of the distributor 10. CLAIMS1- article dispenser (10) for containing, presenting and distributing a succession of articles arranged one behind the other, comprising - a support (13, 40) for supporting in a dimension (I) of said support the succession of articles, said articles having to advance successively to a removal location (15) located at a presentation end (11) of said largest dimension of said support, from which they can be individually and successively removed from the support, - a retaining element (12) for holding the succession of articles on the support and presenting the article at the removal location, characterized in that the retaining element has an attachment system (14, 41) adapted to hold the retaining element on the support in at least two different orientations relative to the longitudinal axis of said support, so as to be able to present the article located at the location of removal ent according to at least two different planes.

2- article dispenser for containing, presenting and dispensing a succession of articles arranged one behind the other according to claim 1, characterized in that the attachment system has a horizontal wall (42) extending at least partially on an upper face (43) of the support and to which it is reversibly fixed, said horizontal wall may have at least two different positions on the support, so as to maintain the retaining element in at least two different orientations on said support .

4- article dispenser for containing, presenting and distributing a succession of articles arranged one behind the other according to claim 3, characterized in that tilting means of the retaining element comprise an orientation stop (46) projecting from an inner face (47) of the vertical wall of the attachment system, said stop cooperating with a vertical wall (48) of the dispenser, extending vertically downwardly from the presentation end of the support, said orientation stop for inclining the article at the removal location in the tilting direction of the retaining member.

5- article dispenser for containing, presenting and distributing a succession of articles arranged one behind the other according to claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the horizontal wall of the attachment system has a protuberance (50) in projecting from an outer face (49) of said horizontal wall, the protuberance being adapted to incline the article located at the removal location in the direction of inclination of the retaining element.

6- article dispenser for containing, presenting and distributing a succession of articles arranged one behind the other according to claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the attachment system has at a connection zone between the vertical wall and the horizontal wall an inclined section (51), said inclined section being adapted to cooperate with the presentation end of the support so as to incline the article located at the location of removal in the direction of inclination of the retaining element.

7- article dispenser for containing, presenting and distributing a succession of articles arranged one after the other according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the retaining element is able to have three different orientations relative to the longitudinal axis of the support, respectively inclined position to the front, vertical position and rearward inclined position.

8- display (1) for articles comprising at least one distributor (10) of articles for containing, presenting and distributing a succession of articles arranged one behind the other according to one of claims 1 to 7, said distributor being disposed in a housing (3) formed in a height (H) of the display, said housing extending in a depth (p) of the display.

9- article stand according to claim 8, characterized in that an orientation of the retaining element on the support is chosen according to the position of the corresponding dispenser in the height of the display, so that the article located at the removal site is oriented towards a point at a height between 1 meter and 2 meters, relative to a horizontal plane (S) on which said display is intended to rest.

10- display for articles according to one of claims 8 to 9, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of distributors arranged successively in the height of the display, the dispensers located in a lower part (6) of said display comprising an element of trapped at a rearward inclination, the distributors located in an upper part (8) of said display having a retaining element inclined forwards, and the distributors located in a central portion (7) of said display comprising a vertical retaining element.
