Abstract

Dispositif thermostatique de régulation de la circulation d’un fluide, ainsi que vanne thermostatique correspondante et procédé de fabrication d’un tel dispositif Ce dispositif (1) comprend un élément thermostatique (10), avec un piston (12) et un corps (11) déplaçables selon un axe (X-X) l’un par rapport à l’autre sous l’effet de la dilatation d’une matière thermodilatable, et un obturateur (20), déplacé axialement par le corps par rapport à un siège fixe (5.1) de manière à ouvrir et fermer un passage de circulation de fluide. L’obturateur comprend un joint (21) souple, s’appuyant de manière étanche contre le siège fixe pour fermer le passage, et une armature (22) rigide, supportant fixement le joint. L’armature inclut une partie centrale (22.1), montée autour du corps pour être entraînée par le corps, et une partie périphérique (22.2), rabattue vers l’axe en écrasant partiellement le joint. Afin de proposer un dispositif à faibles contraintes dimensionnelles et matérielles, tout en étant économique à fabriquer, le joint est maintenu en place sur l’armature en étant appuyé, radialement à l’axe, directement contre le corps.
