本发明为非能动梭控调节阀,解决已有压力调节阀结构复杂,耗能高,运用环境受限的问题。主阀(1)的上游端通过管道与三通(4)的一端连接,管道上有第一截止阀(2),三通(4)分别与主阀(1)的隔膜腔、梭式指挥阀(5)的轴向孔连接,梭式指挥阀(5)的径向孔通过管道与主阀(1)的下游端连接,管道上有第二截止阀(2),主阀(1)的阀轴(11)与阀头(12)动配合,阀头(12)与阀座(13)配合,阀头(12)与隔膜(14)连接,隔膜腔(16)内有弹簧(17)位于阀盖与阀头上端之间,梭套(19)的轴向孔与阀体(20)的轴向孔连通,轴向孔上有梭阀座(27),梭套(19)上的径向孔通过阀腔(28)与阀体(20)的径向孔相通,梭芯(18)与梭套(19)内的弹簧(27)连接。

非能动梭控调节阀
技术领域:
本发明与平衡阀有关,尤其与带指挥器的压力调节阀有关。
背景技术:
已有的带指挥器的压力调节阀,用小阀(指挥器)去控制一个大的隔膜阀启闭,实现对大管道的压力调节。指挥阀是一个由喷咀挡板原理构成的小阀,有下列缺点:
1、整体结构不对称、不平衡的异形结构组合,结构复杂,力学关系复杂、耗能。
2、喷咀挡板机构对精度、灵敏度、介质清洗度要求高,运用环境受限制。
3、指挥器内设直动式膜片、弹簧、体积大,耗能。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,节能、灵敏度高,体积小,制造和维护容易,成本低廉的非能动梭控调节阀。
本发明的是这样实现的:
本发明的主阀1的上游端通过第一管道与三通4的一端连接,第一管道上有第一截止阀2,三通4的另外两端分别与主阀1的隔膜腔、梭式指挥阀5的轴向孔连接,梭式指挥阀5的径向孔通过第二管道与主阀1的下游端连接,第二管道上有第二截止阀2,主阀1的阀轴11与阀头12动配合,阀头12与阀座13启闭配合,阀头12与隔膜14连接,阀头与主阀的阀盖15构成隔膜腔16,隔膜腔16内有弹簧17位于阀盖与阀头上端之间,梭式指挥阀5的阀体20与梭式指挥阀的阀盖22由螺栓24连接,阀体20内固连有梭套19,梭套19的轴向孔与阀体20的轴向孔连通,轴向孔上有梭阀座27,梭套19上的径向孔通过阀腔28与阀体20的径向孔相通,梭芯18和阀芯23分别与梭套19内的弹簧27的一端连接。
阀芯23穿过梭式指挥阀的阀盖22和梭套19的一端与弹簧27连接。
主阀1的上游端与三通4的连接管道上有过滤器3。
本发明有如下优点:
1、整体性好,对称平衡式,力学关系明晰,结构简单。
2、梭芯强度大、刚度好,能承受高温、高压、强腐蚀、介质和恶劣环境,大功率可靠运行。
3、力学关系明晰,用微小的压差放大后推动主阀启闭。灵敏度高,调节范围宽、节能。

具体实施方式:
本发明非动梭式指挥器,阀体20与阀盖22由螺栓24连接,阀体内有梭套19,梭芯1S在梭套19中滑动,弹簧27使梭芯18保持与梭套19轴向端孔关闭的趋势。阀芯23用于调整弹簧27的推力。阀体20的轴向孔与主阀上腔相连;阀体20的径向孔与主阀下游端相连。主阀1内有隔膜14,阀头12与隔膜14相连,沿阀轴11作轴向移动。隔膜腔中弹簧17使阀头12具有向阀座13方向移动关闭的趋势。隔膜腔顶部有通孔。主阀体靠上游法兰和靠下游法兰盘处,均设流体孔与节流元件4相连。以便分别与指挥器相连。指挥器与主阀相连成一个系统。主阀1靠上游法兰盘孔接管与截止阀2相连,再经过滤器3与节流元件4相连;节流元件4的一个分支与主阀顶通孔相连,另一个分支与指挥器5的轴向孔相连。指挥器5的径向孔与另一截止阀2相连,然后与主阀1靠下游法兰盘孔连接。形成一个闭合的循环调节系统。
调节原理:
本发明是一种压力调节阀,无论上游压力和流量发生多大变化,下游的压力始终保持在一个略低于上游压力的一个相对恒定值。该调节能量取自于管道输送介质自身的能量。调节阀主阀在非能动梭控指挥器不断地平衡上、下游压力差的动态过程中,实现打开或关闭,从而实现下游压力相对平衡和稳定。
非能动梭控指挥器原理:
利用经节流调节后的上游压力与下游压力在梭腔抵消后的压力值ΔP经放大后,控制主阀的上下移动实现调节。
当下游压力升高时,ΔP减小,弹簧使梭芯向关闭趋势运行,使主阀向下关闭趋势运行。反之则获得使主阀向上开启的趋势运行。从而实现动态平衡。

1、非能动梭控调节阀,其特征在于主阀(1)的上游端通过第一管道与三通(4)的一端连接,第一管道上有第一截止阀(2),三通(4)的另外两端分别与主阀(1)的隔膜腔、梭式指挥阀(5)的轴向孔连接,梭式指挥阀(5)的径向孔通过第二管道与主阀(1)的下游端连接,第二管道上有第二截止阀(2),主阀(1)的阀轴(11)与阀头(12)动配合,阀头(12)与阀座(13)启闭配合,阀头(12)与隔膜(14)连接,阀头与主阀的阀盖(15)构成隔膜腔(16),隔膜腔(16)内有弹簧(17)位于阀盖与阀头上端之间,梭式指挥阀(5)的阀体(20)与梭式指挥阀的阀盖(22)由螺栓(24)连接,阀体(20)内固连有梭套(19),梭套(19)的轴向孔与阀体(20)的轴向孔连通,轴向孔上有梭阀座(27),梭套(19)上的径向孔通过阀腔(28)与阀体(20)的径向孔相通,梭芯(18)和阀芯(23)分别与梭套(19)内的弹簧(27)的一端连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的非能动梭控调节阀,其特征在于阀芯(23)穿过梭式指挥阀的阀盖(22)和梭套(19)的一端与弹簧(27)连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的非能动梭控调节阀,其特征在于主阀(1)的上游端与三通(4)的连接管道上有过滤器(3)。
