Abstract

La présente invention concerne une usine modulaire pour la fabrication d’un produit alimentaire comprenant des premier et deuxième conteneurs (1, 2) et au moins un équipement (E1, …, E9), dans laquelle chacun des conteneurs comprend un panneau ajouré avec une ouverture d’assemblage (171, 271) de même dimension;l’usine comprenant en outre des fixations permettant d’assurer la fixation des panneaux ajourés l’un contre l’autre par couplage avec les pièces de coin aux sommets des panneaux ajourés, chacune des ouvertures d’assemblage présentant un joint (1711, 2711) sur son pourtour et s’étendant jusque sur la face extérieure du panneau ajouré correspondant de sorte à s’écraser contre le joint de l’autre ouverture d’assemblage lors de la fixation.
