Abstract

L’invention présente un pressoir continu pour extraire le jus des fruits. Il comprend un premier rouleau, ledit rouleau comprenant un premier tambour entrainé en rotation par des moyens d’entrainement autour d’un axe de rotation et une surface périphérique déformable s’étendant autour du premier tambour sur tout ou partie de sa longueur et entrainée en rotation avec le premier tambour. Le pressoir comprend en outre, d'une part, des moyens permettant un approvisionnement en fruits et, d'autre part, une surface s’étendant tangentiellement à la surface périphérique déformable ou s’étendant parallèlement à un plan tangentiel à la surface périphérique déformable.
