L’invention concerne un système de filtration (100) destiné à être contenu dans une cuve de brassage (910), ou déplacé hors de la cuve de brassage (910) et apte à contenir une charge, ledit système de filtration (100) comprenant une paroi comprenant une première portion de paroi (110) et une deuxième portion de paroi (120). Le système de filtration (100) comprend au moins un système d’ouverture/fermeture (121) configuré pour solidariser la première portion de paroi (110) et la deuxième portion de paroi (120) dans une position de fermeture, et pour ménager un passage pour la charge entre la première portion de paroi (110) et la deuxième portion de paroi (120) dans une pluralité de positions d’ouverture. Le système d’ouverture/fermeture (121) est configuré pour contrôler une dimension du passage entre la première portion de paroi (110) et la deuxième portion de paroi (120) dans la pluralité de positions d’ouverture.
