Abstract

Dispositif de préhension et de serrage d’une éprouvette (10b) d’essai en traction et/ou torsion pour un système de positionnement et de maintien de l’éprouvette dans une machine de test, ladite éprouvette étant cylindrique selon un axe longitudinal et pourvue à au moins une de ses extrémités d’un embout de préhension (11b) qui comporte une ligne d’amarrage (40), destinée à être fixée à l’éprouvette, munie à une première extrémité longitudinale de moyens de fixation sur un support de traction/torsion de la machine de test et munie à une seconde extrémité longitudinale d’une embase tubulaire pourvue de cannelures internes et d’un premier filetage, une douille cannelée (20b), à cannelures externes, destinée à être reçue longitudinalement dans l’embase tubulaire et bloquée en rotation dans l’embase par coopération de forme des cannelures, un manchon (30b) pourvu d’un premier taraudage (31), complémentaire du premier filetage de la ligne d’amarrage pour se visser sur l’embase tubulaire, et pourvu d’un orifice de passage de l’éprouvette au travers du manchon, pour lequel la douille cannelée (20b) comporte une empreinte creuse (24b) destinée à recevoir un embout (11b) de l’éprouvette et est conformée de sorte que le vissage du manchon sur l’embase tubulaire de la ligne d’amarrage, resserre la douille cannelée sur l’embout de l’éprouvette pour fixer l’éprouvette sur le dispositif.
