Abstract

Procédé de purification de nanofils métalliques La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification de nanofils métalliques comprenant au moins les étapes consistant en :(i) disposer d’une suspension de nanoobjets métalliques dans un milieu solvant hydroalcoolique présentant une viscosité à 25 °C strictement inférieure à 10 mPa.s, lesdits nanoobjets métalliques incluant des nanofils fins et des nanoparticules annexes, distinctes desdits nanofils fins ;(ii) ajouter à ladite suspension de nanoobjets métalliques des nanoparticules d’oxyde(s) métallique(s) ou métalloïde(s), de diamètre inférieur ou égal à 50 % du diamètre moyen des nanofils ;(iii) laisser la suspension de nanoobjets métalliques supplémentée avec lesdites nanoparticules d’oxyde(s) métallique(s) ou métalloïde(s), décanter dans des conditions propices à la précipitation desdits nanofils métalliques fins ; et(iv) récupérer le décantât à base desdits nanofils métalliques fins.
