Abstract
L'invention a trait à un procédé de valorisation du CO2 par réduction biologique comprenant une étape de mise en contact d'une phase liquide contenant la bactérie Stenotrophomonas maltophilia avec une phase gazeuse contenant du CO2 dans des conditions permettant la production de formiate à partir dudit CO2. Le procédé selon l'invention peut notamment être mis en œuvre dans un réacteur fermé ou un réacteur semi fermé, assisté par voie électrochimique ou non.
