Abstract

A recycling process of wastewater containing ammonium ion and a preparation method of metal oxide. The process comprises: adding an alkaline substance to the wastewater containing ammonium chloride to form a slurry, and heating the slurry to collect an ammonia gas; performing a precipitation reaction for a metal chloride solution with the ammonia gas and carbon dioxide gas, and obtaining a metal carbonate and/or a metal subcarbonate and a precipitated waste liquid by a solid-liquid separation; and returning the precipitated waste liquid as the wastewater containing ammonium chloride. By means of recovering the wastewater containing ammonium chloride to obtain an ammonia gas, and using the same together with carbon dioxide gas for precipitating a metal chloride solution, a metal carbonate and/or a metal subcarbonate is obtained, while the wastewater produced is recycled again. The process combines wastewater treatment and a metal smelting separation process, not only handling the complicated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater to recycle ammonia, but also obtaining a metal carbonate and/or a metal subcarbonate product; and the carbon dioxide gas can also be obtained from the industrial waste gas, reducing the emission of greenhouse gases.
