Abstract
L’invention porte principalement sur une machine électrique tournante (10) comportant: - un stator (12) et un rotor (13), - un carter (11) contenant ledit stator (12) et ledit rotor (13), et - un module électronique de commande (15) comportant un onduleur de puissance (16), ledit module électronique de commande (15) étant disposé d'un côté d'une extrémité axiale du carter (11), - l'onduleur de puissance (16) comportant des éléments de commutation (17) à faible résistance thermique, notamment des éléments de commutation (17) à base de nitrure de gallium, ladite machine électrique tournante (10) comportant en outre des moyens de dissipation thermique (18) ainsi qu'une source de génération de flux d'air (20) pour le refroidissement de la machine électrique tournante (10).
