Abstract

Un ensemble haltère comporte un siège de base (1) ayant deux zones de réception (12), deux unités de poids (2) respectivement reçues dans les zones de réception (12) et un haltère (3). Chaque unité de poids (2) comporte une pluralité de blocs de poids (21) ayant chacun au moins un trou d’engagement (212). L’haltère (3) comporte une poignée (31) et deux modules de réglage de poids (32) comportant chacun une base d’insertion (321) et une pluralité d’unités d’engagement (323, 323’, 323’’) comportant chacune un composant d’entraînement (400) monté sur la poignée (31), et au moins une broche d’insertion (500) reliée au composant d’entraînement (400). La poignée (31) peut tourner par rapport aux modules de réglage de poids (32) pour entraîner chaque unité d’engagement (323, 323’, 323’’) pour se déplacer d’un état d’engagement à un état de désengagement.
