Abstract

Installation (1) de manipulation de flans en pile, par division de la pile (31) en lot individuel, ladite installation (1) comprenant un préhenseur (2) comprenant, montés sur un support (3), un système (4) pour séparer de la pile (31) un lot et une pince de saisie dudit lot. Le système (4) de séparation comprend un presseur (9) porté par une première partie du support (3), un organe d’ancrage porté par une deuxième partie du support (3) et une lame. Le presseur (9) est équipé d’une surface (12) active de poussée montée mobile suivant une première direction transversale au support (3). La lame et l’organe d’ancrage sont déplaçables suivant une direction transversale à la première direction, l’organe d’ancrage est muni d’au moins une pointe pour pouvoir se ficher dans la pile (31) au niveau du flan destiné à former le dessous du lot, l’installation (1) comprend un système de détection de pile (31), un système (19) d’entraînement en déplacement du préhenseur (2) et une unité (20) de commande dans le sens d’une inclinaison du support (3) du préhenseur (2) à pente descendante depuis la deuxième partie du support (3) en direction de la première partie du support (3) au moins par soulèvement de la deuxième partie du support (3).
