Abstract
Procédé de réalisation d’un transistor (100), comprenant :-réalisation, sur un substrat (102, 104), d’une grille (114) entourée par un matériau diélectrique (116) ;-dépôt d’une couche d’arrêt (118) sur la grille et le matériau diélectrique ;-gravure de la couche d’arrêt conformément à un motif de zone active, formant un emplacement de canal localisé sur la grille ;-gravure du matériau diélectrique localisé dans le motif de zone active, formant des emplacements de source et de drain ;-dépôt d’un matériau semimétallique (128) dans les emplacements de canal, de source et de drain ;-planarisation du matériau semimétallique ;-cristallisation du matériau semimétallique, formant le canal (132) et les source et de drain (130) ; et dans lequel le matériau semimétallique du canal est semi-conducteur et le matériau semimétallique des source et de drain est électriquement conducteur.
