Abstract
Procédé de germination en milieu hydroponique, dans lequel on met en contact des graines de céréales avec de l’eau, en présence d’acide lactique, à une température comprise entre 19 °C et 24 °C, pendant une durée comprise entre 3 jours et 8 jours. Ce procédé peut être mis en œuvre avec un dispositif (1) de germination asservi en continu, qui comprend une pluralité de bacs (2) de germination, répartis selon au moins deux étages différents ; des moyens de convoyage (3) de ces bacs (2) ; des moyens de stockage, mis en communication avec des moyens d’admission de graines ainsi qu’avec des moyens d’alimentation en liquide, destinée à être mis en contact avec les graines ; des moyens de transfert (6), aptes à transférer une dose de graines depuis les moyens de stockage jusqu’à un bac (2) respectif, comprenant un organe mobile (62) de transfert, lequel peut être déplacé entre une position de collecte dans laquelle il est situé au voisinage des moyens de stockage, et une position de distribution, dans laquelle il est situé au voisinage d’un bac (2) respectif ; des moyens de commande, apte à commander tout ou partie des moyens de convoyage (3), des moyens de stockage et des moyens de transfert (6).
