Abstract

L’objet de cette invention est d’augmenter la rigidité des barquettes en carton de conditionnement de produits alimentaires en doublant l’épaisseur des parois, en partant d’une feuille prédécoupée qui sera pliée autour de quatre charnières obtenues par compression d’une empreinte sur le carton. Après pliage, le maintien des deux feuilles se fera par thermoscellage lors de l’opération de thermoformage. Le recto pelliculé présente alors un contenant et quatre tranches étanches.
