Abstract

Pour l’alimentation en mode piston d’une unité de production de gaz, en particulier du biogaz par méthanisation, on fait entrer dans une pompe (4) un mélange hétérogène (MSL) solide et liquide qui est comprimé dans une chambre de remplissage délimitée par un compartiment antérieur (C2), sous l’effet d’une compression d’un piston (8). On laisse du liquide (L) s’échapper vers un compartiment postérieur (C1), à contre-courant du piston pendant la compression, ce liquide étant restitué lors d’un recul du piston (8) vers une position de retrait (PR). Une canalisation (44) raccorde le compartiment postérieur au compartiment antérieur, en autorisant une circulation unidirectionnelle vers le compartiment antérieur (C2). Ainsi, avec la création d’une dépression lors du recul du piston (8), le liquide circule par effet d’aspiration dans la canalisation (44) pour rejoindre la chambre de remplissage. Un clapet anti-retour (25) empêche l’entrée de matières solides dans la canalisation pendant la compression. Figure pour l’abrégé [Fig. 4B]
