Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un câble multi-torons à deux couches (50), dans lequel :- on assemble en hélice K>1 torons internes métalliques (TI) par retordage pour former une couche interne (CI) du câble, - on assemble en hélice L>1 torons externes métalliques (TE) autour de la couche interne (CI) du câble par retordage ou câblage, etdans lequel le câble satisfait la relation suivante :35 ≤ CTi ≤ 300avec - CTi= sin2 (αi) / Ri x 1000- αi = arctan(2π x Ri/Pi) est l’angle d’hélice de la couche interne (CI) de torons internes (TI) exprimé en rad, et- Ri est le rayon d’enroulement des torons internes en mm et Pi est le pas d’enroulement de chaque toron interne (TI) en mm.
