L'invention concerne une composition de boisson en poudre comprenant du cacao partiellement dégraissé non-alcalisé, du sucre brun et de la lécithine, dans laquelle le rapport en poids cacao partiellement dégraissé non-alcalisé / sucre brun varie de 0,50 à 0,65. Les ingrédients employés pour fabriquer la composition sont essentiellement d'origine naturelle et peu raffinés.
