Abstract

L'invention concerne une endoprothèse d'une articulation de genou comprenant un composant fémoral et un composant tibial entre lesquels est placé un palier glissant se composant d'au moins une moitié fémorale et une moitié tibiale. L'endoprothèse est caractérisée en ce que les deux moitiés de palier 8, 25 ne sont pas reliées entre elles, sont sollicitées à la pression et sont guidées l'une par rapport à l'autre à la façon d'un cardan avec des degrés de liberté dans la direction verticale et dans la direction horizontale. Application au domaine chirurgical.
