Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention d'un vitrage isolant (1) comprenant une première et une deuxième feuille de verre (2,3) maintenues parallèlement espacées à l'aide d'au moins un espaceur transparent en verre (4) collé à la périphérie desdites feuilles de verre (2,3) de manière à ménager un espace intercalaire (5) rempli de gaz, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - une étape de fourniture dudit espaceur (4), ledit espaceur étant sensiblement parallélépipédique et comprenant au moins deux faces rugueuses (41,42) opposées l'une à l'autre, et deux faces lisses (43,44) opposées l'une à l'autre, puis - une étape d'assemblage dudit au moins un espaceur (4) entre les feuilles de verre (2,3), de sorte que chaque face rugueuse (41,42) dudit espaceur (4) soit disposée à proximité d'un bord, et contre une face (21,31), dite interne, de chacune desdites feuilles de verre (2,3), la largeur interstitielle entre les faces rugueuses de l'espaceur (41,42) et les faces internes (21,31) des feuilles de verre (2,3) étant inférieure à 0,01 mm, puis - une étape de dépôt, aux lignes de jonction externe (24,34) entre les faces rugueuses de l'espaceur et les faces internes des feuilles de verre, d'une colle transparente, ladite colle se déplaçant par capillarité de manière à recouvrir la surface desdites faces rugueuses de l'espaceur, puis - au moins une étape de durcissement de ladite colle.
