Abstract
L'invention consiste essentiellement en une trémie de forme générale cylindrique d'axe X fonctionnant de manière autonome et adaptée pour subir une rotation autour de l'axe X sous l'effet du déversement puis de l'évacuation de matériaux, selon le cycle suivant : - une phase de remplissage dans laquelle les matériaux déversés viennent occuper l'intérieur de la trémie, le centre de gravité de l'ensemble constitué de la trémie et des matériaux déversés se déplaçant graduellement jusqu'à dépasser l'axe X, - une première phase de rotation dans laquelle la trémie entre en rotation et les matériaux sont évacués à travers des ouvertures, tout en étant en partie retenus par des éléments de la trémie, une deuxième phase de rotation dans laquelle la trémie poursuit sa rotation et les matériaux restants sont complètement évacués, - une troisième phase de rotation dans laquelle la trémie vidée poursuit sa rotation jusqu'à sa position de remplissage.The invention consists essentially of a hopper of generally cylindrical shape with an X axis operating independently and adapted to undergo a rotation around the X axis under the effect of the dumping and then the evacuation of materials, according to the following cycle : - a filling phase in which the discharged materials come to occupy the interior of the hopper, the center of gravity of the assembly made up of the hopper and the discharged materials gradually moving until it exceeds the X axis, - a first phase of rotation in which the hopper begins to rotate and materials are discharged through openings, while being partially retained by elements of the hopper, a second phase of rotation in which the hopper continues to rotate and the remaining materials are completely evacuated, - a third phase of rotation in which the emptied hopper continues its rotation to its filling position.
