Abstract

PURPOSE:To make powder and granules uniform during delivering by providing two sheets of bottom plates radially and downward and vertical segmenting plates with the center of two sheets of side discs as an axis and flow rectifying bodies on the bottom plates. CONSTITUTION:In order to reduce segregation in the stage of delivering powder and granules, with the centerlines of two sheets of side discs 11, 12 as a point of intersection, two sheets of bottom plates 2 are provided downward and segmenting plates 3 are fixed perpendicularly and radially; further, flow rectifying bodies 5 of a triangular tubular shape are provided on the plates 2. A rotor which is made turnable up to stoppers 10 around turning shafts 4 is provided on a storage tank. The powder and granules flow to both sides of the plates 3 for the beginning, but the rotor body rotates forward and backward on account of the rotating moment created by the unbalance of colliding forces, etc. In this way, the powder and granules are dispersed uniformly by a mixing effect and a segregation reducing effect.
