Abstract
La présente description concerne un dispositif optoélectronique (5) comprenant un écran d'affichage et un capteur d'images, l'écran d'affichage comprenant une matrice de composants électroluminescents organiques (16) reliés à des premières transistors (T1), le capteur d'images comprenant une matrice de photodétecteurs organiques (18) reliés à des deuxièmes transistors (T2), la résolution du dispositif optoélectronique pour les composants électroluminescents étant supérieure à 300 ppi et la résolution du dispositif optoélectronique pour les photodétecteurs étant supérieure à 300 ppi, l'épaisseur totale du dispositif optoélectronique étant inférieure à 2 mm.
