Abstract

L'invention concerne un pixel multimode d'un réseau de pixels. Le pixel multimode inclut un photodétecteur, un circuit de détection d'image comportant une première pluralité de transistors et un circuit de télémétrie laser (LRF) comportant une seconde pluralité de transistors. Au moins un transistor de la seconde pluralité de transistors, mais pas la totalité de la seconde pluralité de transistors, est inclus dans la première pluralité de transistors. Le circuit LRF est configuré pour effectuer des opérations LRF et le circuit de détection d'image est configuré pour effectuer des opérations d'imagerie passive. Le circuit de détection d'image et le circuit LRF sont configurés pour fonctionner simultanément.
