Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite (P), comprenant une matrice (M) thermoplastique ou thermodurcissable renforcée de fibres (F), il consiste à réaliser préalablement une structure de fibres, pré-imprégnées ou non, au travers d'une opération d'alignement de juxtaposition des fibres (F), tout en les maintenant écartées les unes des autres, en créant des espaceurs (E) obtenus par un procédé de fabrication additive, puis à intégrer ladite structure à ladite matrice, et à rigidifier la matière constituant la matrice, par un procédé propre à sa nature.
