Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce de turbomachine, ladite pièce comportant au moins une première zone en un premier matériau, une deuxième zone en un deuxième matériau et une troisième zone en un troisième matériau, les premier et deuxième matériaux comportant au moins une partie plastique, le deuxième matériau étant de nature différente de celle du premier matériau, dans une matrice ayant la forme périphérique de ladite pièce, le procédé comprenant les étapes (140, 150, 160, 170) consistant à : - disposer au moins une préforme réalisée dans le troisième matériau dans une zone de la matrice correspondant sensiblement à la troisième zone de la pièce, - déposer une poudre du premier matériau dans une zone de la matrice correspondant sensiblement à la première zone de la pièce, - déposer une poudre du deuxième matériau dans une zone de la matrice correspondant sensiblement à la deuxième zone de la pièce, et - faire fondre la partie plastique des dépôts de poudre des premier et deuxième matériaux de manière à obtenir la pièce.
