Abstract

Le présent exposé concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bouclier métallique de bord d'attaque (32) pour une aube (16) en composite à matrice organique renforcée par des fibres. Le procédé comprend une étape d'emboutissage d'une feuille métallique de sorte à former un profil général en « U », une première aile du « U » formant une ailette intrados (34) et une deuxième aile du « U » formant une ailette extrados reliées par une partie centrale et une étape de dépôt d'au moins une couche métallique pour former un nez (38) du bouclier de bord d'attaque (32), le dépôt étant réalisé par un procédé de fabrication additive par fusion de la partie centrale par un faisceau laser et par projection d'un faisceau de poudre métallique sur la partie centrale du bouclier de bord d'attaque (32). L'exposé concerne également un bouclier métallique de bord d'attaque (32) et un turboréacteur comprenant une aube comportant un bouclier métallique de bord d'attaque (32).
