Abstract

Ce procédé d'assemblage comprend l'obtention d'un sous ensemble préassemblé comprenant : - un corps (3) de vanne ; - un arbre d'entraînement (13) d'un volet disposé dans le corps de vanne (3) ; - un palier (15) de guidage en rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (13) par rapport au corps de vanne (3), comprenant une partie extérieure (19) ; - un actionneur (37) comportant un organe rotatif menant (39) ; - un organe rotatif mené (41) solidaire de l'arbre d'entraînement (13), lié en rotation à l'organe rotatif menant (39) ; - un organe élastique (43), interposé entre l'organe rotatif menant (39) et l'organe rotatif mené (41) ; et - un support rigide (61) sur lequel l'actionneur (37) est rigidement fixé et qui est libre de coulisser le long de la partie extérieure (19) du palier de guidage (15). Le procédé comprend en outre les étapes suivantes : - application d'un effort de compression sollicitant le support rigide (61) et le corps de vanne (3) de telle sorte que le support rigide (61) et la partie extérieure (19) du palier de guidage (15) se déplacent l'un par rapport à l'autre jusqu'à une position finale ; - fixation du support rigide (61) directement au palier de guidage (15), dans la position finale.
