Abstract

Différentiel du type Torsen comportant deux pignons planétaires cylindriques (12a, 12b) liés chacun à un arbre de sortie (10) disposé suivant un axe principal (A), présentant chacun une denture inclinée formant une vis sans fin, et un boîtier d'entrée (32) tournant autour de cet axe (A), guidant des couples de pignons satellites cylindriques (16) comprenant des axes parallèles disposés dans des plans transversaux, chaque pignon satellite (16) présentant une denture inclinée formant une vis sans fin en prise avec celle d'un pignon planétaire (12a, 12b), les deux pignons satellites (16) de chaque couple étant liés en rotation par des liaisons à engrenages (30), ce différentiel étant remarquable en ce que les vis sans fin des deux pignons planétaires (12a, 12b) présentent des diamètres différents, et chaque liaison à engrenages (30) entre deux pignons satellites (16) d'un même couple comporte plus de deux engrenages (18, 38) disposés en série.
