Abstract

L'invention concerne un détecteur pour la chromatographie en phase gazeuse, comprenant : - un résonateur de type nano-système électromécanique (NEMS) agencé dans un conduit fluidique adapté pour la circulation d'un analyte en provenance d'une colonne de chromatographie, ledit résonateur comprenant une couche fonctionnelle, - un dispositif de lecture configuré pour entraîner le résonateur en vibration à sa fréquence de résonance et pour mesurer une variation de ladite fréquence de résonance sous l'effet de l'adsorption ou de la désorption de l'analyte par la couche fonctionnelle, ledit détecteur étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une enceinte dans laquelle le résonateur est encapsulé, ladite enceinte comprenant un orifice d'entrée et un orifice de sortie du conduit fluidique et une unité de régulation de la température adaptée pour contrôler la température à l'intérieur de l'enceinte.
