Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de thermoformage d'une feuille (12) de matériau thermoplastique, le système comprenant : - un dispositif de chauffage de la feuille (12) ; - un outil de conformage, définissant une surface de moulage destinée à recevoir la feuille (12) ; et - un dispositif de déplacement de la feuille (12), propre à déposer la feuille (12) chauffée sur l'outil de conformage. Le système comprend en outre un dispositif de fixation disposé au voisinage d'un bord de la surface de moulage, comprenant une structure d'appui (54) définissant des orifices d'aspiration (60), et au moins une pompe à vide connectée fluidiquement aux orifices (60). Le dispositif de fixation est destiné à fixer une région (59) de la feuille (12) contre la structure d'appui (54), à l'écart de la surface de moulage, au cours du dépôt de la feuille (12) sur l'outil de conformage.
