Abstract
Outillage (1) pour fabriquer une pièce par fusion sélective ou frittage sélectif sur lit de poudre, qui comprend : un plateau de fabrication (8) ; un moyen d'étalement (10) d'une couche de poudre (11) sur ce plateau ; un moyen de chauffage (12) pour obtenir une couche solidifiée de la pièce (9) ayant une surface supérieure (13) ; un système de vérification (16) pour vérifier l'absence d'une excroissance (17) sur la surface supérieure. Ce système comprend : au moins un capteur (18) de distance sans contact, couplé au moyen d'étalement, pour mesurer, en amont du moyen d'étalement et selon sa direction de déplacement, une distance entre le plan de balayage et la surface supérieure ; une unité de contrôle (19) pour comparer une distance mesurée par le capteur avec une distance seuil déterminée et pour stopper l'avancement du moyen d'étalement lorsque la distance mesurée est inférieure à la distance seuil.
