Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'améliorer la tenue mécanique et la résistance des assemblages entre gonds et fixations à emboitements des équipements à installer (porte, fenêtre, volet ou portail). Il est constitué d'une fixation (1), qui peut-être à tirefond ou à sceller ou autre, assemblée de façon permanente à une embase (2), elle-même assemblée de façon permanente à un pivot taraudé (3). Ce pivot taraudé (3) permet, après assemblage de l'équipement à installer de visser un élément fileté muni, à titre d'exemple d'une rondelle et d'un écrou, afin de maintenir solidaire le gond et la partie femelle fixée à l'équipement à installer (porte, fenêtre, volet ou portail) Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux propriétaires d'habitations situées en zones venteuses et équipées de volets PVC extérieurs.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif mécanique robuste permettant à une porte, fenêtre, volet ou portail de pivoter.
Communément, l'utilisation de gonds à tirefond ou à sceller est mise en œuvre par les installateurs. Cecï-dit, dans certaines zones, notamment de grands vents, le risque d’envofement de fenêtres, portes, volets ou portails légers est avéré.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il est conçu comme un gond à tirefond ou à sceller mais dispose d'un trou taraudé en son pivot. Celui-ci permet, après emboîtement et installation de la porte, fenêtre, volet ou portail de monter une vis (ou d'une tige filetée et d'un écrou, à la convenance du propriétaire sur la base des conseils de l'installateur) pour plus de tenue mécanique.

La figure 1 représente un schéma partiellement en coupe du dispositif de l'invention.
En référence à ce dessin, le dispositif comporte une fixation (1), qui peut-être à tirefond ou à sceller ou autre, assemblée de façon permanente à une embase (2), elle-même assemblée de façon permanente à un pivot taraudé (3). Ce pivot taraudé (3) permet, après assemblage de l’équipement à installer de visser un élément fileté muni, à titre d'exemple d'une rondelle et d'un écrou, afin de maintenir solidaire le gond et la partie femelle fixée à l'équipement à installer (porte, fenêtre, volet ou portail)
A titre d'exemple non limitatif, pour un gond à tirefond, ce dispositif aura des dimensions de l'ordre de :
mm de longueur et 23 mm de diamètre pour l'embase mm de longueur et 12mm de diamètre avec un taraudage de 8 mm pour le pivot mm de diamètre pour la fixation (ici vis pour un gond à tirefond)
Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement destiné aux propriétaires d'habitations situées en zones venteuses et équipées de volets extérieurs PVC.

Claims (1)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    1) Le dispositif permettant à une porte, fenêtre, volet ou portail de pivoter caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un pivot taraudé (3) dans lequel sera vissé après assemblage de l'équipement à installer un élément fileté maintenant le gond et la partie fixe de l'équipement à installer solidaire.
