L'invention concerne une barre antipanique (150) comportant un pêne prenant alternativement une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, un coulisseau mobile et prenant alternativement une position relâchée et une position appuyée, une tige (208) transmettant le déplacement du coulisseau au pêne, et mobile en translation entre une position au repos et une position active, un mécanisme de transmission prévu pour déplacer la tige (208) de la position au repos à la position active lorsque le coulisseau passe de la position relâchée à la position appuyée, et pour déplacer la tige (208) de la position active à la position au repos lorsque le coulisseau passe de la position appuyée à la position relâchée, un mécanisme de blocage (250) alimenté électriquement et passant d'une position de blocage à une position de déblocage, un premier interrupteur entre une source électrique et le mécanisme de blocage (250) et actionnable entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, où dans la position ouverte l'alimentation électrique entre le mécanisme de blocage (250) et la source électrique est coupée et où dans la position fermée l'alimentation électrique entre le mécanisme de blocage (250) et la source électrique est assurée.
