Abstract

La présente invention concerne un engin de locomotion (1) comportant un cadre (10) muni à l'arrière d'une selle (13) apte à recevoir un utilisateur et comportant au moins deux roues (17,18) portées par le cadre (10), dont une roue avant (17) directrice et une roue arrière (18), le cadre (10) comportant un tube de direction (15) dans lequel est montée rotative une fourche (16), la roue avant (17) directrice étant montée à l'extrémité inférieure de la fourche (16), et étant apte à être actionnée au moyen d'un guidon (20) monté à l'extrémité supérieure de la fourche (16). L'engin de locomotion comporte en outre un système de portage de charge (100) fixé sur le cadre (10) à l'avant et au-dessus de la roue avant (17) directrice, le guidon (20) est disposé vers l'arrière par rapport au tube de direction (15). Ce type de construction permet de porter une charge assez haute à l'avant tout en préservant la maniabilité de l'engin de locomotion.
