Abstract
Procédé de purification d'un courant gazeux d'alimentation de gaz naturel comprenant les étapes suivantes : Etape a) : Refroidissement du courant gazeux d'alimentation dans un échangeur de chaleur ; Etape b) : Introduction du courant (2) issu de l'étape a) dans un pot séparateur de phases pour produire un courant liquide et un courant gazeux ; Etape c) : Séparation du courant gazeux issu de l'étape b) dans une première unité de perméation membranaire d'où sort au moins un courant perméat gazeux et un courant résidu partiellement condensé appauvri en CO2 et enrichi en méthane ; Etape d) : Introduction du courant résidu issu de l'étape c) dans un pot séparateur de phases pour produire au moins un courant liquide comportant au moins 0,5% mol, de préférence au moins 1% mol, des hydrocarbures ayant au moins trois atomes de carbone initialement contenus dans le courant d'alimentation et un courant gazeux ; Etape e) : Réchauffement du courant gazeux issu de l'étape d) par introduction dans l'échangeur de chaleur à contre courant du courant d'alimentation.
