Claims (29)
1. Способ обработки текучей среды обратного притока, выходящей с площадки скважины после стимуляции подземного пласта, включающий:
обработку текучей среды обратного притока, выходящей с площадки скважины, и разделение текучей среды обратного притока на богатый углекислым газом поток и обедненный углекислым газом поток, при этом богатый углекислым газом поток далее обрабатывается для образования жидкого продукта углекислого газа, в то время как обедненный углекислым газом поток используется в обработке ниже по потоку, чтобы способствовать образованию указанного жидкого продукта углекислого газа;
продолжение разделения текучей среды обратного притока на богатый углекислым газом поток и обедненный углекислым газом поток, до тех пор, пока концентрация углекислого газа в газе обратного притока не уменьшится до значения, выбранного в диапазоне примерно 50-80 мол.% концентрации углекислого газа, после чего поток обратного притока с пониженной концентрацией углекислого газа продолжает разделяться на богатый углекислым газом поток, который сбрасывается или направляется на факел, и на богатые углеводородами потоки продукта.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий в себя предварительную обработку текучей среды обратного притока перед разделением.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором в процессе предварительной обработки удаляется любое из перечисленного: вода, твердые частицы, жидкие углеводороды, сероводород или их сочетание.
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий в себя: направление богатого углекислым газом потока в установку охлаждения, где богатый углекислым газом поток охлаждается до температуры в диапазоне от примерно -40°F до +5°F (от -40°С до -15°С).
5. Способ по п.4, дополнительно включающий в себя: понижение давления на богатом углекислом газе потоке, выходящем из установки охлаждения, до давления, находящегося в диапазоне 60-500 фунт/кв. дюйм изб. (0,4-3,4 МПа изб.), и температуры, находящейся в диапазоне примерно от -70°F до 20°F (от -56,7°С до -6,7°С).
6. Способ по п.5, дополнительно включающий в себя: разделение богатого углекислым газом потока при давлении в диапазоне 60-500 фунт/кв. дюйм изб. (0,4-3,4 МПа изб.), на первый жидкий поток преимущественно углекислого газа и первый газообразный поток, обогащенный метаном.
7. Способ по п.6, дополнительно включающий в себя: нагревание первого жидкого потока преимущественно углекислого газа и осуществление дополнительного разделения на второй поток жидкого продукта углекислого газа, дополнительно обедненный метаном, и второй газофазный поток, обогащенный метаном.
8. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий в себя: использование одного или обоих из первого и второго газофазных потоков, обогащенных метаном, вместе с обедненным углекислым газом потоком в установке охлаждения.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором текучая среда обратного притока, имеющая концентрацию примерно 95 мол.% и более углекислого газа, направляется в установку охлаждения, без предварительного разделения на богатый углекислым газом поток и обедненный углекислым газом поток.
10. Способ обработки текучей среды обратного притока с площадки скважины при осуществлении работы в двух режимах, включающий в себя:
обработку газа обратного притока, выходящего с площадки скважины, при которой в первом режиме газ обратного притока разделяется на богатый углекислым газом поток и обедненный углекислым газом поток, и богатый углекислым газом поток далее обрабатывается и используется для образования жидкого продукта углекислого газа, в то время как обедненный углекислым газом поток необязательно используется в другой части процесса или, в другом случае, сжигается на факеле до тех пор, пока уровень концентрации углекислого газа в текучей среде обратного притока, выходящей с площадки скважины, не уменьшится до заданного значения в диапазоне примерно 50-80 мол.%; и
после этого переключение во второй режим, в котором текучая среда обратного притока разделяется на богатый углекислым газом поток, и богатый углекислым газом поток сбрасывается или направляется на факел, тогда как обедненный углекислым газом поток, богатый углеводородами, извлекается в виде газообразных и жидких продуктов.
11. Система обработки текучей среды обратного притока, выходящей с площадки скважины после стимуляции подземного пласта, включает в себя:
установку предварительной обработки для приема и обработки текучей среды обратного притока с площадки скважины и для удаления любого из перечисленного: воды, твердых частиц, жидких углеводородов, сероводорода или их сочетания;
мембранную установку ниже по потоку от установки предварительной обработки для приема из нее предварительно обработанной текучей среды обратного притока и разделения предварительно обработанной текучей среды обратного притока на богатый углекислым газом поток пермеата и обедненный углекислым газом поток ретентата;
установку охлаждения пермеата для приема богатого углекислым газом потока пермеата и понижения температуры потока до значения, находящегося в диапазоне от примерно -40°F до 20°F (от -40°С до -6,7°С); и
фазовый сепаратор для приема охлажденного богатого углекислым газом потока пермеата из установки охлаждения пермеата и разделения потока на первый жидкий поток преимущественно углекислого газа и первый газообразный поток, обогащенный метаном.
12. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая второй фазовый сепаратор для приема первого жидкого потока преимущественно углекислого газа и дополнительного разделения на второй поток жидкого продукта углекислого газа и второй газофазный поток, обогащенный метаном.
13. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая клапан понижения давления, расположенный между установкой охлаждения и фазовым сепаратором, для снижения давления к диапазону примерно 60-500 фунт/кв. дюйм изб. (0,4-3,4 МПа изб.), и понижения температуры богатого углекислым газом потока пермеата.
14. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая холодильную установку в сообщении с установкой охлаждения, обеспечивающую дополнительное охлаждение для установки охлаждения.
15. Система по п.12, дополнительно содержащая теплообменник, расположенный между фазовыми сепараторами, для нагревания первого жидкого потока преимущественно углекислого газа, направляемого во второй фазовый сепаратор.
16. Система по п.11, дополнительно содержащая коллектор, в котором обедненный углекислым газом поток ретентата смешивается с первым и вторым газофазными потоками с образованием охлажденного технологического потока, который направляется в установку охлаждения.
17. Система по п.11, в которой вся система или ее части являются мобильными.
18. Система по п.11, в которой фазовый сепаратор выбирают из одного устройства, которое имеет две или более ступени разделения, из сосуда или колонны с тарелками и нагревателями, дистилляционной колонны с ребойлером, или их сочетания.
19. Система по п.11, в которой обедненный углекислым газом поток ретентата, первый и второй газофазные потоки, по отдельности или в любом сочетании, направляются в установку охлаждения.
20. Система по п.17, в которой части системы, расположенные ниже по потоку от мембраны, исключаются из работы после переключения во второй режим, в котором текучая среда обратного притока разделяется на богатый углекислым газом поток, и богатый углекислым газом поток сбрасывается или направляется на факел, тогда как обедненный углекислым газом поток, богатый углеводородами, извлекается в виде продукта.
21. Система по п.11, в которой мембранная установка представлена полиэфирэфиркетонной (PEEK) мембраной.
