Abstract

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the technical field of false ceilings and stretched false walls.

The invention relates more particularly to a heddle for assembling two fabrics devoid of attachment means for producing a false wall with stretched fabrics.

STATE OF THE ART It is common, when the surfaces of the ceilings or of the wall walls are large, to have cross beams of the dividing beams, also called double beams, to assemble and maintain coplanar two stretched fabrics.

Conventionally, the separator rails have two wings defining a receiving space for receiving the edges of the two fabrics to be assembled. When the fabrics to be assembled include a means of attachment, the reception space comprises two reception grooves arranged respectively to allow the attachment of a canvas via the harpoon with which it is provided. When, on the contrary, the fabrics to be assembled do not include any attachment means, the heddle comprises means ensuring a joint fixing of the two fabrics by pinching, the edges of the latter being arranged in one and the same space.

The heddles used for fixing fabrics by pinching, however, have drawbacks.

One of the major drawbacks is linked to the removal of the fabrics. Indeed, because the edges of the two fabrics are placed in a single space, it is not possible to remove a canvas without removing the other canvas with which it is assembled. Access to the plenum or the replacement of a canvas, for example, means that the two fabrics must be removed from the rail. Furthermore, the fabrics devoid of attachment means are mainly textile fabrics without elasticity. When installing the false wall, the fabrics used are leveled to ensure a quality finish. However, once disassembled, the fabrics can no longer be returned to their position on the rail due to the lack of material following the leveling carried out on the one hand and the lack of elasticity of the fabrics on the other hand.

The invention aims to remedy these problems by proposing a separator heald for the assembly of two fabrics devoid of attachment means for producing a false wall with stretched fabrics, which allows the heald to be unhooked two paintings independently of each other.

The invention also aims to provide a smooth allowing a simple and quick assembly and disassembly, of the two fabrics independently of one another.

The invention also aims to provide a false ceiling having such a separating smooth.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION To this end, and according to a first aspect, the invention proposes a separating rail for the assembly of two fabrics devoid of attachment means for the production of a false wall with stretched fabrics , said heddle comprising two wings converging towards one another and connected together by a wall, said bottom wall, the converging ends of said wings defining an opening for the passage of stretched fabrics, a first groove delimited by one wings and arranged for fixing a first canvas and a second groove delimited by the other lateral wing and arranged for fixing a second canvas, said stringer being remarkable in that the first and second grooves are delimited one from the other by a partition wall extending between the wings, from the bottom wall to the level of the passage opening so as to define two access openings s at said grooves, said access openings being distinct and independent of one another.

Advantageously, the heddle further comprises retaining means, in each of the grooves, of an accessory profile intended to clamp the canvas inserted in the associated groove.

Advantageously, the retaining means comprise two symmetrical shoulders formed on either side of the separation wing.

Advantageously, the shoulders are arranged to define a bearing surface located at a distance from the end of the separation wing delimiting the access openings greater than or equal to one third of the length of the wing. separation.

Advantageously, the separation wing has a tapered shape in the direction of the access openings.

Thanks to the presence of two separate access openings, it is possible to remove only one of the fabrics if necessary. This thus makes it possible to limit the losses of material.

The invention also relates to a device for attaching two fabrics devoid of attachment means for producing a false wall with stretched fabrics, said device comprising a heald as described above and at least two accessory profiles for fixing two fabrics by pinching, each accessory profile being arranged to fit fully and reversibly in one of the grooves of the heddle, said accessory profile comprising at least one elastic support tongue arranged to exert pressure on the 'separation wing when the accessory profile is in place in the associated receiving groove of the heddle and thus hold the canvas by pinching the canvas on the separation wing.

The invention also relates to a false wall comprising at least two stretched fabrics having an edge devoid of attachment means, said fabrics being assembled together via a fastening device as described above, one of the fabrics being held by pinching by at least one accessory profile housed in one of the grooves of the heald, the other fabric being held by nip by at least one second accessory profile housed in the other groove of the heald.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES In connection with FIG. 1, there is described a separating rail 1 for the production of a false wall with stretched fabrics.

The heald 1, formed of a section or butted sections, comprises two lateral wings 2, 4, advantageously of the same length, connected together by a wall, called the bottom wall 5, and extending from the wall in the direction of each other. Advantageously, the lateral wings 2, 4 are inclined relative to the vertical axis at an angle between 5 degrees and 45 degrees.

The heald 1 further comprises a third wing 3 extending vertically between the lateral wings 2, 4, from the bottom wall 5.

The lateral wings 2, 4, the bottom wall 5 and the third wing 3 respectively delimit two grooves 6, 8 each having an access opening 16, 18 oriented downwards. In what follows, we will name the third wing 3 of separation wing 3. The separation wing 3 extends to present a substantially coplanar end with the free ends 20, 40 of the side wings 2, 4 (converging ends) . The access openings 16, 18 to each groove are thus made distinct and independent from one another. In other words, these open directly to the outside of the heddle 1. The spacing between the lateral wings 2, 4 and the separation wing 3 will be defined to ensure sufficient access openings 16, 18 to allow the passage of the fabrics in the grooves 6, 8.

The separation wing 3 has two shoulders 10, 11, one of the shoulders 10 being arranged to extend from the side of the groove 6, the other shoulder 11 being provided to extend from the side of the groove 8. The shoulders are arranged symmetrically with respect to the separation wing 3. They constitute retaining means making it possible to retain an accessory profile 60, 80 in each of the grooves 6, 8, which accessory profile 60, 80 is a profile additional intended to ensure the fixing by pinching of a canvas devoid of attachment means. FIG. 2 shows the rail 1 fitted with such accessory profiles 60, 80 housed in each of the grooves 6, 8.

Each accessory profile 60, 80, advantageously made of PVC, is arranged to fit entirely into one of the receiving grooves 6, 8. More particularly, each accessory profile 60, 80 is arranged to match the inner contour of the associated groove in which it is intended to be placed. In the illustrated embodiment, each accessory profile 60, 80 has a U-shaped cross section, one of the arms of the U-shape being dimensioned to extend, when the accessory profile 60, 80 is clipped into the associated groove , on the height of the lateral wing of said groove, the other arm of the U-shape having a defined height to come into abutment on the shoulder of the internal wing.

The arm of the accessory profile 60, 80 placed against the lateral wing is provided with semi-rigid or flexible tongues 61, 81 arranged to bear against the separation wing. The tabs 61, 81 are configured to keep the edge of the fabric inserted in the groove in which the accessory profile is placed, by pinching on the separation wing 3. Advantageously, the tongues 61, 81 are made of semi-rigid or flexible polymer.

This thus ensures a pinch of the canvas sufficient to ensure the retention of the canvas without damaging the latter.

The insertion of the accessory profile 60, 80 in the associated groove 6, 8 is made possible because of its U-shape, its positioning being effected by elastic fitting in said grooves of the heddle 1.

In the illustrated embodiment, the shoulders 10, 11 are arranged to define a bearing surface located substantially midway from the end defining the access openings 16, 18 and the bottom wall 5.

The separation wing 3 also has a tapered shape in the direction of the access openings 16, 18. This has the advantage of reducing the gap between the two fabrics when the latter are fixed on the heddle, and thus making the latter invisible.

Advantageously, the heddle has two wings 7, 9 allowing the attachment of said heald to a wall. In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the fixing wings 7, 9 extend horizontally, in the extension of the bottom wall 5, on either side of the latter. According to another exemplary embodiment of a separating rail illustrated in FIG. 3 (rail 100), the fixing wings 7, 9 extend vertically, in the extension of the side wings 2, 4, in the opposite direction from the third wing 3, to be fixed to a bracket 12 provided with a tie rod 13 secured to the room ceiling.
