Claims (6)

  1. A rail (1) for producing a false wall, comprising two separate portions, one of the portions, referred to as a fastening portion (2), being arranged to enable the fastening thereof to a wall, the other portion, referred to as an attachment portion (3), being arranged to enable the attachment of at least one fabric, said portions being detachably assembled to one another by a connecting part (4) having coupling means (4A, 4B) suitable for interacting with complementary coupling means (3A, 3B) on the attachment portion (3) and two arms arranged so as to tilt relative to one another between an attachment portion (3) retention position in which the coupling means (4A, 4B) of the connecting part (4) cooperate with the complementary means (3A, 3B) of the attachment portion (3) and an attachment portion (3) release position, characterized in that the connecting part (4) is partially accommodated in a groove (7) provided in the fastening portion (2) and opening in the lower portion thereof, said coupling means (4A, 4B) extending out of said groove.
  2. The rail (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the arms (5, 6) are hingedly interconnected and arranged to move from the release position to the retention position by bringing together the ends of the arms opposite the ends of the arms having the coupling means (4A, 4B).
  3. The rail (1) according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the connecting part (4) has two retaining blades (9, 11) divergently arranged on either side of the arms (5, 6) so as to respectively bear against an edge (8, 10) provided on the inner lateral walls of the groove (7).
  4. The rail (1) according to any of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that it has, when the fastening and attachment portions (2, 3) are assembled together, a triangular cross-sectional shape.
  5. The rail (1) according to any of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the fastening and attachment portions (2, 3) are laterally interconnected by a detachable finishing cover (16).
  6. A false wall comprising at least one frame formed by one or more rails according to any of the preceding claims and at least one stretched fabric (12, 13) secured to the attachment portion (3) of the rail (1).
