ROWLAND GRAY presents a top garment such as a shirt, which has a pair of parallel suspenders made of the same material, sewn integrated into the shirt and whose lower end left free has a fastening element for a bottom garment such as a trousers.

Such a device permanently integrates suspenders into a high garment.

The patent document US D581633 entitled “Combined shirt / jacket and suspenders” “Combined shirt / jacket and suspenders” from SEIBOLD presents a pair of X-shaped suspenders worn under a high garment such as a shirt or jacket and passing through slots arranged in lower part so that the lower end of the straps of the suspenders, and therefore the fastening element of a stocking, is visible.

Such a device is a simple trick making it possible to conceal the major part of the suspenders, while retaining their external and visible lower end.

The first main aim of the present invention is therefore to overcome these various drawbacks by proposing a top garment, covering the shoulders and all or part of the trunk of a user, such as a jacket or a shirt.

According to a major characteristic of the invention, sheaths are arranged on the top garment, these sheaths being capable of accommodating removable suspenders.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the sleeves allow the expansion and contraction of said suspenders, the suspenders comprise hooking means suitable for the attachment of a stocking garment, such as pants or a skirt, and to the resumption of efforts due to wearing the bottom garment.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the attachment means are also suitable for attaching various objects such as bags, trekking poles, leashes of domestic animals.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the attachment means are then also integrated into the sleeves, which act as lashing.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the attachment means are in whole or in part:

- alligator clips,

- buttons,

- flexible strips, which may include a device for adjusting their length,

- hooks,

- magnetic parts.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the sleeves are arranged on the internal face, or on the external face, or in the thickness of the top garment, and slots are arranged in the thickness of the top garment and in the walls of the sheaths facing each other, said slots allow the passage of the straps and the positioning of the hooking means on or under the visible face of the top garment.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the top garment does not cover the bottom garment. The sheaths are arranged in the thickness of the top garment. Slots are not required.

With reference to the figures, the subject of the invention relates to a top garment (VEH), covering the shoulders and all or part of the trunk of a user, such as a jacket or a shirt.

Sheaths (FOUI, FOU2) are arranged on said top garment (VEH). Said sleeves (FOUI, FOU2) are capable of accommodating removable suspenders (BRE1, BRE2).

The two strands of said straps (BRE1, BRE2) can be either arranged in X or parallel.

There is nothing to prevent sheaths (FOUI, FOU2) and strands of suspenders (BRE1, BRE2) in excess.

Said sleeves (FOUI, FOU2) allow the said suspenders to expand and contract (BRE1, BRE2). Said straps (BRE1, BRE2) comprise hooking means (MOA1, MOA2) suitable for hanging on a stocking garment, such as pants or a skirt, and for taking up the forces due to the wearing of said stocking garment .

Said attachment means (MOA1, MOA2) are also suitable for attaching various objects such as bags, trekking poles, leashes of domestic animals.

Said attachment means (M0A1, MOA2) are then

also integrated into said sheaths (FOUI, FOU2), which make office of lashing. Through example, a policeman can be equipped of a baton, of a armed service, handcuffs, of a cartridge tear.

Said attachment means (MOA1, MOA2) are in whole or in part:

Said slots (FEN1, FEN2) allow the passage of said straps (BRE1, BRE2) and the positioning of said hooking means (MOA1, MOA2) on the visible face of said top garment (VEH).

FIG. 2 illustrates such an arrangement, the wall of the garment seen in section is shown hatched there.

In other embodiments, this positioning would be done on the invisible face of said top garment.

When said top garment (VEH) does not cover the bottom garment, and when said sheaths (FOUI, FOU2) are arranged in the thickness of said top garment (VEH), said slots (FEN1, FEN2) are not necessary .

In other embodiments, said top garment (VEH) comprises at least one series of slots (FEN1, FEN2) parallel along said sleeves (FOUI, FOU2).

In other embodiments, said sleeves (FOUI, FOU2) are made up in whole or in part of series of loops.

In other embodiments, two sleeves (FOUI, FOU2) are disposed respectively on the ventral and dorsal faces of said VEH top garment, and cooperate to accommodate a strap (BRE1, sheaths (FOUI, FOU2) are associated with a means blocking said strap (BRE1,
