Abstract

L'invention concerne un essuie-glace (14) pour essuyer une vitre (12) d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant un arbre d'entraînement (16) pouvant être entraîné par un moteur et un levier d'essuie-glace (18) raccordé à l'arbre d'entraînement (16), pour déplacer un balai d'essuie-glace, le levier d'essuie-glace (18) étant configuré de manière à pouvoir être fléchi élastiquement, un angle maximal d'ouverture par rabattement (20) du levier d'essuie-glace (18) autour d'un axe de flexion s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'arbre d'entraînement (16) étant limité par une butée de limitation (32) à une flexion du levier d'essuie-glace (18) dans la plage de déformation élastique. La butée de limitation (32) venant en butée dans le cas d'un angle maximal d'ouverture par rabattement (20) peut maintenir la déformation du levier d'essuie-glace (18) de manière sûre dans la plage de déformation élastique, de sorte que le risque d'un endommagement des essuie-glaces (14) est réduit.
