Abstract

La présente invention concerne de manière générale des matériaux polymères piézoélectriques pour la réalisation d'actionneurs microsystèmes. Plus particulièrement, l'invention a trait à des formulations d'encre électroactive à base de polymère fluoré pour l'impression à jet d'encre, aux procédés d'impression à jet d'encre mettant en oeuvre ces formulations, ainsi qu'aux dispositifs électroniques fabriqués par impression à jet d'encre.
