Abstract
La présente demande concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un voile non-tissé de fibres comprenant : a) la fourniture d’une solution, ou d’une dispersion homogène, comprenant au moins un polymère fluoré dans un véhicule liquide, ledit polymère fluoré étant à base d’un motif de répétition issu du fluorure de vinylidène (VDF) ; et, b) l’électrofilage de la solution, respectivement de la dispersion homogène, pour former ledit voile ; ladite solution, respectivement ladite dispersion homogène, étant caractérisée en ce que le véhicule liquide comprend : i) au moins 15% en poids de diméthylsulfoxyde (DMSO), par rapport au poids total de véhicule liquide, et ii) au moins un deuxième liquide, le deuxième liquide ayant un paramètre de solubilité de Hansen δp de 7 MPa1/2 à 15 MPa1/2 et une température d’ébullition strictement supérieure à 100°C ; le véhicule liquide n’étant pas considéré, de par ses constituants, comme cancérigène, ni mutagène, ni toxique pour la reproduction.
