Abstract

Un dispositif lumineux (1) comprend une source de lumière (2) pilotée pour réaliser l'émission de rayons lumineux, ainsi qu'un élément de déviation (4) disposé en regard de la source de lumière pour dévier les rayons lumineux émis, et une optique de mise en forme (6) des rayons pour l'émission d'un faisceau lumineux en dehors du dispositif. La source de lumière est une source à semi-conducteur, comprenant au moins un substrat (10) et une pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents (8) de dimensions submillimétriques qui s'étendent depuis une première face (16) du substrat. L'élément de déviation prend la forme d'un réflecteur elliptique ou pseudo-elliptique , dont la face interne forme une face de réflexion des rayons lumineux émis tournée vers la première face du substrat de la source de lumière. Et l'optique de mise en forme est une lentille divergente.
