FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to systems comprising a metal shelf and a label-holder device to be mounted on the shelf, configured to equip devices for the presentation of articles of goods, as well as such devices, in particular gondolas, designed to be arranged in retail stores, for example supermarkets.

TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND

Supermarket gondolas are known which are fitted with systems comprising a metal shelf mounted on vertical uprights of the gondola and a label holder device mounted on the shelf.

Tablets are known which are formed of relatively thick sheets and reinforcing parts, attached at least on the front and on the sides of the tablets. Label-holder devices are also known which are configured to be mounted on the front of such shelves, for example by being directly screwed there, or directly glued or even by being clipped there, like a clamp gripping on the upper edges. and lower from the front of such shelves.

It is observed that the label holder devices which are screwed or glued are not always easily removable, while those which are clipped generally take up space on the top of the shelf.

Also known is a shelf which is made of a single metal sheet and which comprises an upper panel extending generally longitudinally and having an outer surface for the display of articles and an inner surface opposite the outer surface. This sheet also has a front face provided with an external front wall extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the upper panel, and an internal front wall extending the external front wall and extending on the side of the internal surface of the panel. superior. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention proposes to provide a system configured to equip a device for presenting articles of merchandise of a kind similar to those described above, which is particularly robust while being simple, economical and convenient as much in use as in 'to manufacturing.

The invention provides for this purpose a system configured to equip a device for presenting articles of goods, in particular a gondola, the system comprising a shelf made of a single metal sheet, forming an upper panel extending generally longitudinally and having a outer surface for displaying the articles and an inner surface opposite the outer surface, and a front face provided with an outer front wall extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the upper panel, and an inner front wall extending the outer front wall and extending from the side of the inner surface of the upper panel; and a label holder device configured to be mounted on the front face of the shelf; characterized in that the internal front wall of the front face has an internal support portion extending opposite and in the immediate vicinity of the internal surface, of an internal mounting portion extending from the internal support portion , facing and at a distance from the external front wall, and an internal junction portion extending from the external front wall and connecting to one of the internal bearing portion or the internal mounting portion; the front face also has a locking member of the label holder device formed at least in part on one of the internal mounting portion or of the internal junction portion and comprising at least one bearing face facing the panel superior ; the label holder device comprises a mounting part having a gutter shape having an internal space delimited by a first lateral wing, a second lateral wing extending opposite the first lateral wing and a bottom wall connecting the first lateral wing and the second lateral wing, and a complementary locking member of the label-holder device formed on one of the bottom wall or of the second lateral wing and comprising at least one complementary bearing face facing the bottom wall; the system being configured so that, when the label holder device is mounted on the front face of the shelf, the external front wall and the internal front wall of the front face are at least partially received in the internal space of the part of mounting, the first lateral wing and the external front wall being partially in contact, the second lateral wing and the internal front wall being partially in contact, the bearing face of the locking member being in contact with the bearing face complementary to the complementary locking member, so that the label holder device is secured to the front face and locked in a predetermined position on the front face.

The configuration of the front face of the tablet and in particular of its internal front wall makes it possible to form a relatively rigid mounting support for the label holder device, despite the realization of the tablet in a metal sheet; while the configuration of the label holder device and in particular the gutter shape of its mounting part makes it possible to form a housing for the insertion, at least partially, of this support formed by the internal front wall of the front face of the Tablet.

The cooperation between the mounting part of the label holder device and the internal front wall of the front face of the tablet thus makes it possible to mount, in a predetermined stable position, the label holder device on the tablet.

It will be noted that the arrangement of the internal support portion of the internal front wall of the front face of the tablet, with respect to the external front wall of this tablet and with respect to the internal surface of the upper panel of this tablet, makes it possible to form a protection against deformation of the external front wall (and more generally of the front face) during assembly and disassembly of the label holder device on the front face of the tablet. In other words, this protection can act as a stop substantially limiting the movement of the external front wall because of its flexibility vis-à-vis the upper panel.

Furthermore, the configuration of the system and in particular the fact of having, directly on the internal front wall and on the mounting part, the locking member and the complementary locking member, respectively, makes it possible to lock, in its stable position. predetermined, the label holder device on the shelf.

Consequently, the system according to the invention allows, thanks to its configuration, precise, simple, quick and safe mounting of the label holder device on the front face of the tablet, without obstructing the upper panel of this tablet and in particular its outer surface. , as well as a particularly simple and quick disassembly.

According to simple, convenient and economical characteristics of the system according to the invention:

- one of the internal front wall or of the mounting part comprises at least one opening of predetermined contour, the bearing face of the locking member being formed on an edge of the opening; and the other of the internal front wall or of the mounting part comprises at least one projection configured to be engaged in the opening, the complementary bearing face of the complementary locking member being formed on the projection;

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLES OF EMBODIMENT

FIG. 1 illustrates a device for presenting articles of goods 1, in particular a gondola, for example intended to be placed in a retail store, for example a supermarket.

This device 1 here comprises a base 2, two vertical uprights 3 extending from the base 2, a bottom panel 4 interposed between the two vertical uprights 3, as well as a plurality of shelves 5, or shelves, hung door to door. false on the vertical uprights 3, on either side of the bottom panel 4, and which extend opposite the base 2.

On one side of the bottom panel 4, the device 1 here only has a single shelf 5 on which is mounted a label holder device 110, illustrated diagrammatically.

The tablet 5 and the label holder device 110 are here part of a system 18 configured to equip the device 1.

The base 2 is here provided with four feet 6, the height of which is adjustable, for example, two side panels 7, a front panel 8 joining the two side panels 7, a rear panel (not shown) also joining the two side panels 7 opposite the front panel 8, and an upper panel 9 having a front edge 10 folded down partially opposite the front panel 8.

Figures 2 to 5 show the system 18 provided with one of the shelves 5 and the label holder device 110, taken in isolation, according to different orientations and from different viewing angles.

In Figures 2, 3 and 5, the system 18 is arranged in a so-called use orientation, where the outer surface 30 of the shelf 5 is directed upwards; while in Figure 4, the system 18 is inverted and the outer surface 30 of the shelf 5 is directed downwards and not visible. On the contrary, in FIG. 4, it is an inner surface 31 of the upper panel 20 of the shelf 5, opposite its outer surface 30, which is visible.

The shelf 5 here comprises several reinforcing parts, hereinafter called spars 35 which are mechanically subject to the upper panel 20 by its inner surface 31, directly or indirectly, and which extend longitudinally substantially from the first side 24 to the second side 25 of the tablet 5.

The longitudinal members 35, here three in number, are distributed over the depth of the shelf 5 between the front face 23 and the rear face 26 of the latter and each have substantially a general shape called omega (see more in detail below) ).

As a variant, the shelf may comprise only one or two beams or even more than three beams 35.

The shelf 5 also has several holes 32, here circular, which are provided on each of the first and second sides 24 and 25.

The tablet 5 further comprises locking members, called tabs 33 below, here two in number (one of which is visible in FIG. 8), which are formed respectively on the first and second sides 24 and 25.

These tabs 33 are here arranged closer to the front face 23 than to the rear face 26 and are configured to cooperate with the brackets 21 and to lock the shelf 5 in position on the latter (see below in more detail).

Here, the front face 23 of the shelf 5 joins both the first side 24 and the second side 25 by two opposite ends of the front face 23 (see more in detail below); while the rear face 26 extends between two free ends which are in the immediate vicinity, but which do not join, the first side 24 and the second side 25, so as to form a space 36 allowing the passage of one of the respective consoles 21 and 22 configured to allow mounting of the shelf 5 on the respective upright 3 (see more in detail below).

This arrangement here makes it possible to close so-called corners A and B of the shelf 5 and to leave at least partially open so-called corners C and D of the shelf; noting that the closed corner A is located at the junction between the front face and the first side 24, the closed corner B is located at the junction between the front face 23 and the second side 25, the open corner C is located at the rear face 26 and the first side 24, while the open corner D is located at the rear face 26 and the second side 25.

The tablet 5 further comprises, at each of the junctions between the front face 23 and the first and second sides 24 and 25, a locking mechanism 34 configured to ensure the closing of the respective corners A and B.

Note that the upper panel 20, the first and second sides 24 and 25, the front and rear faces 23 and 26, the tabs 33 (Figure 8) and the locking mechanisms 34 are formed in a single metal sheet having a thickness for example between approximately 0.4 mm and approximately 1 mm. It will also be noted that the longitudinal members 35 in the so-called omega shape are also formed in a single metal sheet having a thickness for example between approximately 0.2 mm and approximately 1 mm.

In FIGS. 2, 4 and 5, the label holder device 110 is illustrated mounted on the front face 23 of the shelf 5, while in FIG. 3, it is illustrated away from the shelf 5 and extends opposite the front 23.

As can be seen in FIG. 4, the label holder device 110 has a length substantially equal to that of the shelf 5, so that it is mounted on almost all of the front face 23.

FIGS. 6 to 8 show in more detail the front face 23, the rear face 26, one of the side members 35, the first side 24 and the second side 25, seen in section, but also one of the holes 32, one of the cleats 33, and the locking mechanisms 34.

In particular, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the front face 23 has an external front wall 40 extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the upper panel 20, and an internal front wall 41 extending the external front wall 40 and s' extending from the side of the interior surface 31 of the top panel 20.

The outer front wall 40 and the upper panel 20 here extend substantially perpendicular to each other.

The internal front wall 41 has an internal support portion 42 extending opposite and in the immediate vicinity of the internal surface 31, an internal mounting portion 43 extending from the internal support portion 42, facing and at distance from the external front wall 40, and an internal junction portion 44 extending from the external front wall 40 and connecting to the internal mounting portion 43.

By immediate proximity is meant that the internal support portion 42 is at a very small distance, that is to say without being in contact, from the interior surface 31; so that a slight movement of the internal front wall can bring the internal support portion into contact with the internal surface. As a variant, the internal support portion could be at least partially in contact with the interior surface, while retaining the possibility of being pressed even more against the interior surface.

The internal support portion 42 extends transversely between a first longitudinal edge 120 and a second longitudinal edge 121 opposite to the first longitudinal edge 120. The first edge 120 is turned towards the external front wall 40, while being at a distance from this external front wall 40, and the second edge 121 is turned away from the external front wall 40.

The internal mounting portion 43 extends from the second edge 121 of the internal support portion 42, here in an inclined manner approaching the external front wall 40.

The internal junction portion 44 extends transversely to the external front wall 40, substantially perpendicular to the latter, and extends opposite the upper panel 20, substantially parallel to the latter.

The internal junction portion 44 and the internal support portion 42 extend opposite one another and are located on the same side of the internal mounting portion 43, here on the side of the external front wall 40.

As a variant, the internal mounting portion 43 is not inclined but extends substantially parallel to the external front wall 40.

The front face 23 is further provided with a plurality of openings 125, one of which is visible in FIG. 6, formed in the internal mounting portion 43. Each of these openings 125 can form a locking member of the carrier device. label 110 (see more in detail below).

The spar 35 here generally comprises a bottom wall 47 extending transversely, in section, two legs 48 extending vertically and substantially parallel from opposite ends of the bottom wall 47, as well as two support legs 49 s' also extending transversely, in section, respectively from the legs 48, opposite the bottom wall 47.

The two support legs 49 are mechanically secured to the upper panel 20 by its inner surface 31, directly or indirectly.

The mechanical attachment of the support legs 49 of the beam 35 can be done by gluing, for example with the interposition of separation microbeads between the support legs 49 and the inner surface 31, or by welding, in particular by laser welding. Such laser welding can be implemented with a machine having for example a support support for docking the support legs on the upper panel as well as a control and command unit configured to configure the machine with a predetermined power, preferably of a relatively low value, and with a predetermined focusing distance.

The spar may have a height, between its support legs and its bottom wall, of between approximately 10 mm and approximately 25 mm. Thus, the tablet can have a total height of between approximately 10.4 mm and approximately 26 mm while having a particularly effective weight-to-height ratio, as well as a mechanical inertia module predetermined as a function in particular of the French standard NF D 65-031, while having a particularly effective resistance, for example of at least about 300kg / m ² .

The cleat 33 is here produced from a cutout made in the first vertical internal portion 63 of the second internal side wall 62 of the second side 25, then folded towards the inside of the shelf 5.

The cleat 33, which therefore extends from a base (not visible), has a substantially circular free edge 94 and provides a window (not visible) when it is folded towards the inside of the shelf 5, which window does not open. not towards the outside of the shelf 5 but on the first vertical external portion 61 of the second external side wall 60 of the second side 25; so that neither this window nor this other cleat is visible from the outside of the shelf 5, seen from the second side 25.

As illustrated in FIG. 8, the first side 24 has a first external side wall 70, which extends from the upper panel 20 and which is provided with a first vertical external portion 71, as well as a first wall on the internal side 72 provided with a first vertical internal portion 73 extending from the first vertical external portion 71 and folded and therefore resting on the latter, the first vertical internal portion 73 being extended by a second transverse internal portion 74 s' extending inwardly of the shelf 5 bearing against the interior surface 31 of its upper panel 20.

In other words, the first inner side wall 72 is folded back at least on the first outer side wall 70 so that the first side 24 is formed by a first side fold.

It will be noted that the other cleat 33 is formed in the same way as explained above for the cleat 33, in this first side fold, inside the tablet 5.

In particular, the other cleat 33 is produced from a cutout made in the first vertical internal portion 73 of the first internal side wall 72 of the first side 24, then folded towards the inside of the shelf 5.

This other cleat 33, which therefore extends from a base and has a substantially circular free edge, thus spares a window when it is folded towards the inside of the shelf 5, which window does not open towards the outside of the shelf 5 but on the first vertical external portion 71 of the first external side wall 70 of the first side 24; so that neither this window nor the cleat 33 are visible from the outside of the shelf 5, seen from the first side

24.

Each of the tabs 33 is configured to fit into a slot in the console 21 or 22 with which it cooperates so as to lock the shelf 5 in position on the respective console and therefore to keep the shelf 5 vis-à-vis the upright 3 respectively and also the bottom panel 4.

FIG. 8 also shows an internal passage (not referenced) between the first side 24 and a free end 37 of the spar 35 visible in this FIG. 8, passage which opens into the space 36 formed between this first side and the rear face 26. This passage is here configured to at least partially receive the console 21.

We will now describe in more detail, with reference to Figure 9, the beams 35 visible at least partially in Figures 2 to 8, which beams 35 are here identical.

The support tabs 49 of each beam 35 are located opposite one another and here have a first support portion 75 and a second support portion 76 extending from the first portion of support 75 and folded and therefore supported on the latter.

Each support tab 49 is thus formed by a fold.

The second support portion 76 is here shorter than the first support portion 75 so that the latter has a free end 78 directed in the example illustrated towards an internal space 77 of the spar 35.

The legs 48 of each beam 35 are located opposite one another and are here formed by a straight vertical portion 79 which extends from the second bearing portion 76, substantially on the side of or else under the free end 78 of the first support portion 75.

The bottom wall 47 of each beam 35 extends here substantially opposite the free ends 78 of the support legs 76 and at least partially closed the internal space 77 of the beam 35.

This bottom wall 47 has a first bottom portion 80 extending transversely, in section, from the vertical straight portion 79 of one of the legs 48, a second bottom portion 81 extending from the first bottom portion 80 and folded and therefore supported on the latter. The second bottom portion 81 has a length greater than the first bottom portion 80 so that the second bottom portion 81 extends transversely beyond the vertical straight portion 79 of the leg 48 from which the first portion of bottom 80, and opposite the second support portion 76 which is connected to this vertical straight portion 79, without however extending further than this support portion 76.

The bottom wall 47 also has a third bottom portion extending transversely from the second bottom portion 81 and folded and therefore supported on the latter. The third bottom portion 82 extends transversely from the third bottom portion 82 to beyond the vertical straight portion 79 of the other of the legs 48, and opposite the second bearing portion 76 which is connected to this vertical straight portion 79, without however extending further than this bearing portion 76.

The bottom wall 47 also has a fourth bottom portion extending from the third bottom portion 82 and folded and therefore supported on the latter. The fourth bottom portion 83 here has a length substantially equal to that of the second bottom portion 81 and goes towards the latter, without joining it.

The bottom wall 47 also has a fifth bottom portion extending from the fourth bottom portion 83 and folded and therefore supported on the latter. The fifth bottom portion 84 here has a length substantially equal to that of the fourth bottom portion 83 and extends until it reaches the vertical straight portion 79 of the other of the legs 48.

In the example illustrated here, the bottom wall 47 is therefore formed by the juxtaposition of three superposed folds separated from a central space 85. In addition, the arrangement is such that the first bottom portion 80, the second portion bottom 81 and part of the third bottom portion 82 are superimposed from the internal space 77 towards the outside of the beam 35; and the fifth bottom portion 84, the fourth bottom portion 83 and another part of the third bottom portion 82 are also superimposed from the internal space 77 towards the outside of the beam 35.

It will be noted that each support tab 47 is provided, in the vicinity of the free end 37 of the beam 35, with an extension (not shown) formed in the extension of its second support portion 76 and with a recess ( not illustrated) formed by the interruption of its first support portion 75 folded. Each spar 35 also has, at its end opposite to the free end 37 (ends which will subsequently be undifferentiated and referenced only 37), the same extension as well as the same setback.

The spar 35 is mechanically secured under the shelf 5, by the first support portions 75 of its support legs 49 which are positioned against the inner surface 31, and by the extensions (not shown) formed in the extension of the second portion support 76 of its support legs 49 which are positioned against the second transverse internal portion 74 of the first internal side wall 72 of the first side 24, which second transverse internal portion 74 is itself positioned against the internal surface 31 .

The spar 35 which is closest to the rear face 26 thus has a support tab 49 directed towards the third transverse portion 56 of the internal rear wall 53 of the rear face 26, as well as the vertical straight portion 79 of a jamb 48 partially opposite the second vertical internal portion 55 of the internal rear wall 53.

Note that the rear fold of the rear face 26 and in particular the third transverse portion 56 of its internal rear wall 53, the second side fold of the second side 25 and in particular the second internal transverse portion 64 of its second side wall internal 62, as well as the first side fold of the first side 24 and in particular the second transverse internal portion 74 of its first internal side wall 72, are here mechanically subject each to the internal surface 31 according to a process similar to that used for the mechanical securing of the beams 35, namely for example by gluing or laser welding.

On the contrary, the internal bearing portion 42 of the internal front wall of the front face 23 is here free, that is to say that it is not mechanically subject to the internal surface 31, so that the front face 23 has a certain flexibility, and in particular so that the internal mounting portion 43 can be elastically distant or brought closer to the external front wall 40.

The rear face 26 and the first side 24 are configured so that the respective rear fold and the first side fold do not overlap. To do this, the third transverse portion 56 of the internal rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the second transverse internal portion 74 of the first internal side wall 72 of the first side 24 are interrupted before the respective ends of the rear face 26 and on the first side 24 at the corner C. In other words, the third transverse portion 56 of the internal rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the first transverse internal portion 74 of the first internal side wall 72 of the first side 24 are respectively shorter than the general length respectively of the rear face 26 and the first side 24.

Note that it is the same at the corner D, where the rear face 26 and the second side 25 do not overlap either. To do this, the third transverse portion 56 of the internal rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the second transverse internal portion 64 of the second internal side wall 62 of the second side 25 are interrupted before the respective ends of the rear face 26 and on the second side 25 at this corner D. In other words, the third transverse portion 56 of the internal rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the second transverse internal portion 64 of the second internal side wall 62 of the second side 25 are respectively shorter than the rest of the rear face 26 and of the second side 25.

Figures 10 to 13 show in particular that the corner A is closed by the first folded end portion 58 of the front face 23.

This first folded end portion 58 comes from an extension of the external front wall 40 of this front face 23.

This first folded end portion 58 is housed against the first vertical external portion 71 of the first external side wall 70 of the first side 24, at a first end 69 (FIG. 11) of the first side 24.

To do this, the first vertical internal portion 73 of the first internal side wall 72 of the first side 24 is interrupted at one end 88 and also has a notch 89 whose contour is L-shaped.

In particular here, the first vertical internal portion 73 of the first internal side wall 72 of the first side 24 is substantially the same length as the first transverse internal portion 74 of the first internal side wall 72 of this first side 24.

The first folded end portion 58 of the front face 23 has a first portion 90 of substantially rectangular shape, which is housed opposite the end 88 of the first vertical internal portion 73 of the first internal side wall 72 of the first side 24, and which is extended by a second portion 91 substantially in the form of a hammer, which second portion 91 is housed opposite the notch 89 of this first vertical internal portion 73.

FIGS. 10 to 13 also show that this closure of the corner A is locked by the locking tab 57 of the locking mechanism 34.

This tab 57 comes from an extension of the first vertical external portion 71 of the first external side wall 70 of the first side 24, formed here between two notches 92 formed in this first vertical external portion 71 and therefore on both sides. other of the place where the tab 57 projects from this first vertical external portion 71. Several openings 59 are formed in the tab 57 at its fold.

It will be noted that the notches 92 and the openings 59 are configured to facilitate the folding of this locking tab 57 and the positioning of the latter at least partially against the first and second portions 90 and 91 of the first folded end portion 58 of the front 23.

Note that the above description of the closed corner A, which is also locked, applies to the corner B (see Figure 7).

In particular, the second end portion 68 of the front face 23 which is folded and disposed against the second side 25 also comes from an extension of the external front wall 40 of this front face 23, formed opposite to the first folded end portion 58.

This second end portion 68 is housed against the first vertical external portion 61 of the second external side wall 60 of the second side 25, at a first end (not shown) of the second side 25.

To do this, the first vertical internal portion 63 of the second internal side wall 62 of the second side 25 is interrupted at one end and also has a notch whose contour is also L-shaped (not shown). In particular here, the first vertical internal portion 63 of the second internal side wall 62 of the second side 25 is substantially the same length as the second transverse internal portion 64 of the second internal side wall 62 of this second side

25. The second end portion 68 of the front face 23 also has a first portion (not shown) of substantially rectangular shape, which is housed opposite the end of the first vertical internal portion 63 of the second wall of internal side 62 of the second side 25, and which is extended by a second portion (not shown) substantially in the shape of a hammer, which second portion is housed opposite the notch of this first vertical internal portion 63.

The corner B is also locked by the locking tab 67 of the locking mechanism 34. This tab 67 comes from an extension of the first vertical external portion 61 of the second external side wall 60 of the second side 25, formed here between two notches (not shown) formed in this first vertical external portion 61 and therefore on either side of the place where the tab 67 projects from this first vertical external portion 61. Several openings (not shown) are formed in the tab 67 at the level of its fold. It will be noted that the notches and the openings are configured to facilitate the folding of this locking tab 67 and the positioning of the latter at least partially against the first and second portions of the second end portion 68 of the front face 23.

FIGS. 10, 12 and 13 also show in more detail the internal front wall 41 of the front face 23 and, in particular, the openings 125 formed in the internal mounting portion 43, all along the internal front wall 41, here longitudinally distributed according to a first predetermined step.

Each opening 125 has a predetermined contour, here substantially rectangular, and extends longitudinally like the front face

23. Each opening 125 thus has a lower longitudinal edge 127, an upper longitudinal edge 129 facing the lower longitudinal edge 127, and two lateral edges 128 facing each other, each lateral edge 128 extending from one to the other of the longitudinal edges lower 127 and upper 129. The upper edge 129 is closer to the upper panel 20 than the lower edge 127, which is here closer to the internal junction portion 44.

Each opening 125 forms a window in the internal mounting portion 43.

A description will now be given in more detail, with reference to FIGS. 14 to 17, of the label holder device 110 visible at least partially in FIGS. 1 to 5.

The label-holder device 110 comprises a receiving part 111 configured to receive a display device, for example an electronic label or a so-called paper label (not shown), and a mounting part 112 configured to be secured, here by snap-fastening , on the front face 23 of the tablet 5.

The mounting part 112 has a gutter shape having a first lateral wing 113, a second lateral wing 114 extending opposite the first lateral wing 113, and a bottom wall 115 connecting the first lateral wing 113 and the second wing lateral 114. The lateral wings 114 and 115 each extend substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall 115.

The mounting part 112 extends longitudinally between a first end 122 and a second end 123 opposite the first end 122.

The lateral wings 113 and 114 and the bottom wall 115 together delimit an internal space 116 of the mounting part 112, which has a longitudinal insertion opening 117 for the front face 23 which extends opposite the wall 115.

The first lateral wing 113 is here formed by a solid wall.

The second side wing 114 is provided with a plurality of notches

118 and tabs 119, each tab 119 being formed by a portion of the second lateral wing 114 delimited by two successive notches 118.

The notches 118, and therefore the tongues 119, are longitudinally distributed over the mounting part 112 according to a second predetermined pitch.

Each notch 118 here extends over the entire height of the second lateral wing 114, from a free longitudinal edge 124 of the second lateral wing 114 opposite the bottom wall 115, and extends into the bottom wall 115.

As a variant, the notches 118 extend only over a portion of the second lateral wing 114, without extending into the bottom wall 115.

Each notch 118 extends longitudinally in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of extension of the second lateral wing 114.

Each notch 118 here extends in a direction substantially normal to the bottom wall 115. As a variant, each notch 118 extends obliquely towards one or the other of the ends 122 or 123 of the mounting part 112 .

Each tongue 119 has a first straight portion 162 extending from the bottom wall, a protruding portion, hereinafter protruding 126, extending the first straight portion 162, and a second straight portion 163 extending the protrusion 126. The protrusion 126 extends at least partially into the internal space 116.

The protrusions 126 are longitudinally distributed over the mounting part 112 according to the second predetermined pitch according to which the tongues

119 are themselves distributed.

As a variant, the projections 126 could be distributed according to a third predetermined step distinct from the second predetermined step; for example, only one tongue out of two could project.

Each projection 126 has an internal face at least partially entering the internal space 116. This internal face has a lower straight portion 130 extending opposite the bottom wall 115, an upper straight portion 131 opposite the lower straight portion 130 and extending opposite the opening 117, and an intermediate curved portion 132 connecting the lower right portion 130 to the upper right portion 131. The curved portion 132 has a convexity facing the internal space 116.

Each projection 126 also has two opposite lateral faces 143 each connecting to the lower right portion 130, to the upper right portion 131 and to the curved portion 132.

Each of the projections 126 is configured to be engaged in an opening 125 of the front wall 23 and can thus form a locking member of the label holder device 110 complementary, configured to cooperate with the locking member formed by the openings 125 (see in more detail below).

It will be noted here that the mounting part 112, and in particular the tongues 119, are configured to be at least partially elastically deformable, in particular due to the notches 118.

It will also be noted that the material from which the mounting part 112 of the label holder device is made is here PVC.

The mounting part 112 further comprises a cornice wall 133 transversely extending the first lateral wing 113 from a longitudinal edge of the latter which is opposite to the bottom wall 115, and extending on the side opposite to the internal space 116 , substantially perpendicular to the first lateral wing 113.

The receiving part 111 is connected to the mounting part 112 via the cornice wall 133.

The receiving part 111 has substantially the same length as the mounting part 112.

The receiving part 111 comprises a housing portion 134, which housing is intended to receive the label (not shown), and a fastening portion 135 connecting the housing portion 134 to the cornice wall 133.

The housing portion 134 here has in section a safety pin shape and has a first side wall 136, a second side wall 137 extending opposite the first side wall 136, and a bottom wall 138 connecting the first and second side walls 136 and 137, the latter delimiting the housing with the bottom wall 138.

Note that the housing portion 134 is configured to be at least partially elastically deformable, in particular in the region of its bottom wall 138, so that the side walls 136 and 137 can be separated from one another for being able to introduce a label of a predetermined thickness into the housing, and so that this label is pinched between the side walls 136 and 137 so as to be held in the housing.

The attachment portion 135 is formed by a strip of material extending the first side wall 136 of the housing portion 134 to connect to a face of the cornice wall 133 facing the first side wing 113.

The attachment portion 135 is here made of a material having a certain flexibility with respect to the material in which the housing portion 134 is made. In other words, the housing portion 134 is more rigid than the attachment portion 135. Here, the housing portion 134 is made of transparent PVC, while the attachment portion 135 is made of polyurethane (PU).

The mounting part 112 also has a spacer member 139 formed by a wall projecting from the first lateral wing 113, approximately halfway up the latter. The spacer member 139 has a straight portion 140 rooting in the first lateral wing 113 and a curved portion 141 extending the straight portion 140 towards the ledge wall 133. The straight portion 140 is inclined towards the ledge wall 133 and towards the outside of the mounting part 112.

The curved portion 141 has, at the distal end of the spacing member 139, a curved portion 142 against which abuts the receiving portion 111 substantially at the junction between the attachment portion 135, which is relatively flexible, and the housing portion 134, which is relatively rigid.

The cornice wall 133 and the spacer member 139 are here integrally formed with the first lateral wing 113. As a variant, the cornice wall 133 and the spacer member 139 may be added elements.

FIGS. 18 to 20 show in more detail the mounting of the label holder device 110 on the front face 23 of the shelf 5, and in particular the cooperation between the locking member of the label holder device comprising the openings 125, and the the locking member of the additional label holder device comprising the projections 126 configured to be engaged in the openings 125.

FIGS. 19 and 20 show in cross section the label holder device 110 mounted on the front face 23 of the shelf 5.

In FIG. 19, the cutting plane is aligned on a tongue 119, the projection 126 of which is engaged in an opening 125 formed in the internal mounting portion 43 of the front face 23; while in FIG. 20, the cutting plane is aligned on a tongue 119, the projection 126 of which is supported on a region of the internal mounting portion 43 situated between two successive openings 125.

The system 18 is configured so that the external front wall 40 and the internal front wall 41 of the front face 23 are at least partially received in the internal space 116 of the mounting part 112, the first lateral wing 113 and the wall outer front 40 being at least partially in contact, the second lateral wing 114 and the inner front wall 41 being at least partially in contact.

The mounting part 112 and the front face 23 then extend longitudinally in respective parallel directions.

More specifically, the first lateral wing 113 is here in contact with the external front wall 40 over its entire height, with the exception of the portions of the external front wall 40 by which the latter is connected respectively to the upper panel 20 and to the internal junction portion 44 of the internal front wall 41, where the metal sheet from which the shelf 5 is made is folded.

As illustrated in FIG. 19, each tongue 119 of the second lateral wing 114, the projection 126 of which is engaged in an opening 125, is here in contact with the internal mounting portion 43 of the internal front wall 41, by the intermediate of the first straight portion 162 and of the second straight portion 163. These straight portions 162 and 163 are here in contact with the internal mounting portion 43 on its side facing away from the external front wall 40.

In addition, each projection 126 is configured to be engaged in an opening 125 in such a way that the lower straight portion 130 of its internal face is in contact with the lower longitudinal edge 127 of the opening 125 in which this projection 126 is engaged, while that the upper straight portion 131 of its internal face is in contact with the upper longitudinal edge 129 of this opening 125.

It will be noted that the portion of the lower longitudinal edge 127 of the opening 125 on which the lower right portion 130 rests forms a bearing face of the locking member that comprises the front face 23, while the lower right portion 130 of the projection 126 forms a complementary bearing face of the complementary locking member that the label-holder device 110 includes. The contact between the bearing face and the complementary bearing face opposes the withdrawal movement of the front wall 23 outside the internal space 116, and makes it possible to lock the label holder device 110 on the front face 23.

It will also be noted that, similarly, the fact that the upper straight portion 131 of the internal face of the projection 126 is in contact with the upper longitudinal edge 129 of the opening 125, is opposed to the driving-in movement of the front wall 23 in the internal space 116.

Thus, the cooperation of the projections 126 and the openings 125 makes it possible to oppose the free movement of the label holder device 110 both towards the upper panel 20 and in the opposite direction, so that the position of the label holder device 110 on the front face 23 is here indexed in a transverse direction.

It will be noted in this regard that the bottom wall 115 of the mounting part 112 is at a distance from the internal junction portion 44. As a variant, the bottom wall 115 could be in contact with the internal junction portion 44 to index the position of the label holder device 110 on the front face 23.

In addition, each lateral face 143 of a projection 126 engaged in an opening 125 is configured to abut against one of the lateral edges 128 of this opening 125, so that the movement of the label holder device 110 relative to the face before 23 is also limited in the longitudinal direction.

It will also be noted that the fact that the internal mounting portion 43 is slightly inclined towards the upper panel 20 and towards the side opposite to the external front wall 40, induces a slight deformation of the tongues 119, the projection 126 of which is introduced into an opening 125 , which contributes to maintaining the label holder device 110 on the front face 23.

As illustrated in FIG. 20, each tongue 119 of the second lateral wing 114, the projection 126 of which rests on a region of the internal mounting portion 43 located between two successive openings 125, is here in contact with the internal portion mounting 43 of the internal front wall 41, only by means of this projection 126, and more precisely via the curved portion 132 of its internal face.

It will be noted that the tongues 119, the projection 126 of which bears on a region of the internal mounting portion 43 situated between two openings

125 successive are more deformed than the tongues 119 whose projections

126 are introduced into the openings 125, which contributes all the more to the maintenance of the label holder device 110 on the front face 23.

It will be noted that the openings 125 and the tongues 119 are here configured so that two projections 126 are received in at least some of the openings 125, while a single respective tongue 119 abuts against a respective portion of the internal front wall 41 located between two successive openings 125 (Figure 18).

To mount the label holder device 110 on the front face 23 of the shelf 5, the device 110 is brought closer to the front face 23 so that the latter enters the internal space 116 by passing through the opening of introduction 117. The projections 126 come into contact with the internal mounting portion 43 so that each tongue 119, which is elastically deformable, moves away from the first lateral wing 113 and then approaches it when the projection 126 of this tongue 119 penetrates into a respective opening 125, thereby bringing the complementary bearing face formed on the projection 126 into contact with the bearing face formed on the edge of the opening 125, and thus securing the mounting part 112 to the front face 23 by snap-fastening, and therefore the mounting of the label holder device 110 on the front face 23.

It will be noted in this regard that the at least partially curved shape of the projections 126 facilitates the insertion of the front face 23 into the internal space 116 and the insertion of the projections 126 into the openings 125.

Figures 21 to 24 illustrate alternative embodiments of the system according to the invention. Unlike the embodiment described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 20, the internal junction portion of the front face is connected to the internal support portion, rather than to the internal mounting wall.

In the alternative embodiment illustrated in FIG. 21, the internal junction portion 44A and the projection 126A of the complementary locking member are shaped differently.

The internal junction portion 44A has a lying portion 144A extending transversely from the external front wall 40A, substantially perpendicular to the latter, and a standing portion 145A, extending the lying portion 144A by extending opposite the external front wall 40A, substantially parallel to the latter. The standing portion

145A is connected here to the first longitudinal edge 120A of the internal support portion 42A, which faces the external front wall 40A of the front face 23A.

Note that the inclination of the internal mounting portion 43A is greater than in the embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 to 20, so that the deformation of the tongue 119A is all the more important. As a variant, the inclination and / or the length of the internal mounting portion 43A are such that the internal mounting portion 43A is in contact with the standing portion 145A of the internal junction portion 44A.

In addition, the projection 126A of the tongue 119A here has an internal sawtooth face, a straight portion 160A which extends opposite the bottom wall 115A and an inclined portion 146A extending the straight portion 160A by being inclined towards outside of the mounting part 112A and towards the opening 117A.

In the variant embodiment illustrated in FIG. 22, the internal mounting portion 43B has a standing portion 147B extending the internal support portion 42B by extending opposite the standing portion 145B, and a lying portion 148B extending the portion standing 147B while extending opposite the internal bearing portion 42B. It will be noted that the lying portion 148B has a longitudinal edge which is in the immediate vicinity, or even in contact with the standing portion 145B of the internal junction portion 44B.

The label holder device 110B here comprises a gripping member 159B comprising a wall extending the second lateral wing 114B on the side opposite to the internal space 116B. This gripping member 159B allows a user to move the second lateral wing 114B away from the internal mounting portion 43B in order to extract the projections 126B from the openings 125B and be able to dismantle the label holder device 110B from the front face 23B.

In the alternative embodiment illustrated in FIG. 23, the internal junction portion 44C has an external portion 149C extending transversely from the external front wall 40C on the side of the internal surface 31 C, a first internal portion 150C extending from the external portion 149C being folded over the latter, and a second internal portion 151C extending from the first internal portion 150C, facing and in the immediate vicinity of the external front wall 40C, and connecting to the internal support portion 42C.

In other words, the first internal portion 150C and the second internal portion 151C of the internal front wall 41C are folded over the external portion 149C of the internal front wall 41C and onto the external front wall 40C so that the front face 23C is formed by a front fold.

The portions 149C and 150C each have a straight portion which extends substantially perpendicular to the outer front wall 40C and a curved portion extending the respective straight portion on the side opposite to the outer front wall 40C and extending towards the inner portion of support 42C.

The internal mounting portion 43C has a first portion 154C extending the internal support portion 42C by extending opposite the external front wall 40C, a second portion 155C transversely extending the first portion 154C by extending on the side of the outer front wall 40C, and a third portion 156C extending from the second portion 155C while being folded over the latter. The second and third portions 155C and 156C each have a straight portion which extends substantially perpendicular to the first portion 154C and a curved portion extending the respective straight portion on the side opposite to the first portion 154C and extending towards the internal portion d 42C support.

A projection 161C of the complementary locking member is formed by a bead located at the end of the second lateral wing 114C opposite the bottom wall 115C.

This bead, here in the form of a stud, has a first portion 152C and a second portion 153C which extend transversely to the second lateral wing 114C respectively on the side of the internal space 116C and on the side opposite to the internal space 116C.

When the label holder device 110C is mounted on the front face 23C of the shelf, the second lateral wing 114C, and in particular the bead forming the projection 161C, are engaged between the internal junction portion 44C and the internal mounting portion 43C , and more precisely between their respective curved portions. The first portion 152C of the bead is in contact with the internal junction portion 44C, in the region of its curved portions, while the second portion 153C is in contact with the internal mounting portion 43C, in the region of its curved portions.

The surface portions of the bead which are in contact with the internal junction portion 44C and the internal mounting portion 43C form complementary bearing faces of the complementary locking member. The surface portions of the internal junction portion 44C and of the internal mounting portion 43C which are in contact with the bead form bearing faces of the locking member.

The complementary locking member thus comprises a first complementary bearing face formed on the first portion 152C and a second complementary bearing face formed on the second portion 153C of the projection 161C, while the locking member comprises a first bearing face formed on the internal junction portion 44C and a second bearing face formed on the internal mounting portion 43C. When the label-holder device 110C is mounted on the front face 23C of the shelf, the first additional bearing face and the second additional bearing face are respectively in contact with the first bearing face and the second face of support.

In addition, a portion 164C of the second lateral wing 114C which extends between the bead and the bottom wall 115C here comes to bear on the internal junction portion 44C, and more precisely on the curved portion of its external portion 149C, which contributes to maintaining the label holder device 110C on the front face 23C.

It will be noted that here the internal mounting portion 43C is configured to be at least partially elastically deformable so that it can be successively moved away from and brought closer to the internal mounting portion, which makes it possible to mount the label holder device 11 OC by snap-fastening, as well as its disassembly.

In the alternative embodiment illustrated in FIG. 24, the internal junction portion 44D is here similar to that illustrated in FIG. 23 except that it has no curved portions, the internal mounting portion 43D is here similar to that illustrated in FIG. 23 except that the curved portions are replaced by a return 170D, and the projection 161D of the complementary locking member is formed on the bottom wall 115D, on the side of the internal space 116D, and has a first portion 157D extending transversely to the bottom wall 115D and a second portion 158D extending transversely the first portion 157D and extending opposite the bottom wall 115D.

When the label holder device 110D is mounted on the front face 23D of the tablet, the projection 161D is engaged between the internal junction portion 44D and the internal mounting portion 43D. The second portion 158D of the projection 161D is in contact with the first internal portion 150D of the internal junction portion 44D.

The complementary bearing face of the complementary locking member is thus formed on the second portion 158D of the projection 161 D, while the bearing face of the locking member is formed on the first internal portion 150D of the internal portion of junction 44D.

The second lateral wing 114D here comes to bear on the internal mounting portion 43D, which contributes to the maintenance of the label holder device 110D on the front face 23D.

Note that in the alternative embodiments illustrated in Figures 23 and 24, the bearing face of the locking member is formed at least in part on the internal junction portion.

In variants not shown:

- The openings are formed on the mounting part of the label holder device, for example formed in the second side wing; while the projections are formed on the internal mounting portion of the internal front wall;

- the system is configured so that more or less than two projections are received in each opening;

- The system is configured so that several tabs come to bear on the portions of the internal front wall located between two successive openings;

- The mounting part does not have notches and therefore no tongues, and the internal wall has a single opening in which the one or more protrusions of the second side wing are configured to engage;

- The openings have a contour other than rectangular, for example square, oval or circular;

- the openings have distinct respective contours;

- The second lateral wing is in contact with the internal mounting portion on its side facing the external front wall;

the internal mounting portion is connected to the internal support portion by its longitudinal edge facing the external front wall, the internal junction portion and the internal support portion extending from the mounting portion respectively on the side of the outer front wall and on the side opposite to the outer front wall; and or

- The label holder device has a different length from that of the shelf, so that it can be mounted on only a portion of the front face or, on the contrary so that it can be mounted on at least two juxtaposed shelves .

Many other variants are possible depending on the circumstances, and it is recalled in this regard that the invention is not limited to the examples described and shown.

Claims (17)

1. System configured to equip a device for presenting articles of goods, in particular a gondola, the system (18) comprising a shelf (5) made of a single metal sheet, forming an upper panel (20) extending generally longitudinally and having an outer surface (30) for displaying the articles and an inner surface (31) opposite the outer surface (30), and a front face (23; 23A-D) provided with an outer front wall (40 ; 40A; 40C) extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the upper panel (20), and an internal front wall (41) extending the external front wall (40; 40A; 40C) and extending on the side of the inner surface (31; 31 C) of the upper panel (20); and a label holder device (110; 110B-D) configured to be mounted on the front face (23; 23A-D) of the shelf (5); characterized in that the internal front wall (41) of the front face (23; 23A-D) has an internal support portion (42; 42A-C) extending opposite and in close proximity to the internal surface ( 31; 31 C), of an internal mounting portion (43; 43A-D) extending from the internal bearing portion (42; 42A-C), facing and at a distance from the external front wall (40 ; 40A; 40C), and an internal junction portion (44; 44A-D) extending from the external front wall (40; 40A; 40C) and connecting to one of the internal support portion (42 ; 42A-C) or the internal mounting portion (43; 43A-D); the front face (23; 23A-D) also has a locking member for the label holder device formed at least in part on one of the internal mounting portion (43; 43A-D) or of the internal portion of junction (44; 44A-D) and comprising at least one bearing face (127) facing the upper panel (20); the label holder device (110; 110B-D) comprises a mounting part (112; 112A) having a gutter shape having an internal space (116; 116B-D) delimited by a first lateral wing (113; 113A-D ), a second side wing (114; 114A-D) extending opposite the first side wing (113; 113A-D) and a bottom wall (115; 115A-D) connecting the first side wing (113; 113A-D) and the second lateral wing (114; 114A-D), and a complementary locking member of the label holder device formed on one of the bottom wall (115; 115A-D) or of the second wing lateral (114; 114A-D) and comprising at least one complementary bearing face (130) facing the bottom wall (115; 115A-D); the system (18) being configured so that, when the label-holding device (110; 110B-D) is mounted on the front face (23; 23A-D) of the shelf (5), the external front wall (40; 40A; 40C) and the internal front wall (41) of the front face (23; 23A-D) are at least partially received in the internal space (116; 116B-D) of the mounting part (112; 112A) , the first lateral wing (113; 113A-D) and the external front wall (40; 40A; 40C) being partially in contact, the second lateral wing (114; 114A-D) and the internal front wall (41) being partially in contact, the bearing face (127) of the locking member being in contact with the complementary bearing face (130) of the complementary locking member, so that the label holder device (110; 110B -D) is secured to the front face (23; 23A-D) and locked in a predetermined position on the front face (23; 23A-D). 2. System according to claim 1, characterized in that one of the internal front wall (41) or of the mounting part (112; 112A) comprises at least one opening (125; 125B) of predetermined contour, the face support of the locking member being formed on an edge (127) of the opening (125; 125B); and the other of the internal front wall (41) or of the mounting part (112; 112A) has at least one projection (126; 126A-B) configured to be engaged in the opening (125; 125B), the complementary bearing face (130) of the complementary locking member being formed on the projection (126; 126A-B). 3. System according to claim 2, characterized in that one of the internal front wall (41) or of the mounting part (112; 112A) comprises a plurality of said openings (125; 125B) distributed longitudinally along a first predetermined pitch, and the other of the internal front wall (41) or of the mounting part (112; 112A) comprises a plurality of said projections (126; 126A-B) distributed longitudinally according to a second predetermined pitch, the part of mounting (112; 112A) and the front face (23; 23A-B) extending longitudinally substantially parallel to one another. 4. System according to one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the opening (s) (125; 125B) are formed in the internal mounting portion (43; 43A-B), while the projection (s) (126 ; 126A-B) are formed on the second side wing (114; 114A-B) and extend into the internal space (116; 116B) of the mounting part (112; 112A). 5. System according to claim 4, characterized in that the second lateral wing (114; 114A-B) comprises a plurality of elastically deformable tongues (119; 119A-B) distributed longitudinally, the projections (126; 126A-B) being formed on the tongues (119; 119A-B). 6. System according to claim 5, characterized in that at least two successive tabs (119; 119A-B) delimit between them a notch (118) extending over the entire height of the second lateral wing (114; 114A- B) and on a portion of the bottom wall (115; 115A-B). 7. System according to one of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that, when the label holder device (110; 110B) is mounted on the front face (23; 23A-B) of the tablet (5), certain said projections (126; 126A-B) are introduced into some of said openings (125; 125B) and certain others of said projections (126; 126A-B) come to bear on the internal mounting portion (43; 43A-B), against parts each located between two successive openings (125; 125B). 8. System according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that at least one of the mounting part (112; 112A) and of the internal front wall (41) is at least partially elastically deformable so that the label holder device (110; 110B) is mounted on the front face (23; 23A-B) of the shelf (5) by a snap-in action involving at least one bearing face (127) and at least one face d 'additional support (130). 9. System according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the internal junction portion (44) is connected to the internal mounting portion (43), the internal support portion (42) has a longitudinal edge (121) turned away from the external front wall (40) and to which the internal mounting portion (43) is connected. 10.
