Abstract

A tool placement unit is suitable for placing at least one tool, the tool has a positioning portion, and the tool placement unit includes at least one storage seat. The at least one storage seat includes a main body, two elastic arms, a first engaging part and a second engaging part. The elastic arms are arranged at intervals on the seat body and have elastic deformation capability. Each of the elastic arms substantially extends along a first direction and has a fitting portion. The elastic arms are suitable for being detachably sleeved on the tool, and the fitting portions of the elastic arms are engaged by the positioning portion of the tool. Consumers have to cut the reserved section 121 of the hanging part 1 before separating the sleeve 10 from the hanging part 1. However, the hanging part 1 after cutting has no other function and can only be discarded, resulting in a waste of resources. In addition, when the sleeve 10 is stored, it can only be placed arbitrarily, which makes it difficult to find the sleeve 10 when taking it.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a recyclable and convenient storage tool placement unit.

Referring to Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, a first embodiment of the tool placement unit of the present invention is suitable for hanging a tool 9, the tool 9 of the first embodiment is illustrated with a sleeve, but in other embodiments, the tool 9 can also be a bit of a screwdriver or other tools, and is not limited thereto. The tool 9 includes a set of holes 91 , and the set of holes 91 has a positioning portion 92 . In the following description, the positioning portion 92 is illustrated as an annular groove. Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6 , the storage seat 2 is made of plastic material and is used for detachable placement of the tool 9 . The storage seat 2 includes a body 21 , two elastic arms 22 , a first joint 23 and a second joint 24 . The seat body 21 is substantially rectangular and has two first side surfaces 211 spaced apart, two second side surfaces 212 spaced apart, a first surface 213 connected to the first side surfaces 211 and the second side surfaces 212, and a second surface 214 opposite to the first surface 213 in a first direction D1. The seat body 21 has a central positioning hole 215 , two locking holes 216 spaced apart from the positioning hole 215 , and two grooves 217 . The positioning hole 215 is substantially rectangular and extends from the first surface 213 along the first direction D1 and penetrates to the second surface 214 . The locking holes 216 extend in the same direction as the positioning hole 215 and are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the positioning hole 215 in a second direction D2. The second direction D2 is substantially perpendicular to the first direction D1. Each locking hole 216 extends from the first surface 213 along the first direction D1 and penetrates to the second surface 214. Each locking hole 216 has a locking portion 218. The grooves 217 are formed on the first surface 213 and located on two opposite sides of the positioning hole 215 in a third direction D3, the third direction D3, the second direction D2 and the first direction D1 are substantially perpendicular to each other. In other variations, the number of the locking hole 216 can also be one.

The elastic arms 22 are disposed at intervals on the second surface 214 of the seat body 21 and substantially extend along the first direction D1 , and the space between the elastic arms 22 directly communicates with the positioning hole 215 . These elastic arms 22 have elastic deformation capability and can be squeezed close together, each of these elastic arms 22 has a fitting portion 221, and each of these fitting portions 221 is an arc-shaped protrusion, these elastic arms 22 are suitable for the tool 9 to be detachably sleeved, and these fitting portions 221 are suitable for the positioning portion 92 of the tool 9 to engage.

The first engaging part 23 and the second engaging part 24 are oppositely disposed on the seat body 21 in the second direction D2. The first engaging part 23 is formed on one of the first side surfaces 211, and has a first engaging portion 231 and a first engaging portion 232 formed on the first engaging portion 231. As shown in FIG. The second engaging part 24 is formed on the other first side 211, and has a second engaging part 241 and a second engaging part 242 formed on the second engaging part 241. The display board 4 is a polygonal thin plate and has a marking area 41, which is used to mark the tool specification, size, style, brand or trademark and other information, which is convenient for consumers to identify. The anti-theft component 5 is integrally connected with the display card 4 and extends downward from the bottom side of the display card 4 . The anti-theft component 5 is used to be inserted into the storage seat 2 and includes a stretching arm 51 and two locking arms 52 . The locking arms 52 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the stretching arm 51 and substantially extend along the first direction D1. Each locking arm 52 has a connecting portion 521 connected to the display board 4 and a hook portion 522 connected to the connecting portion 521. After the anti-theft piece 5 is inserted into the storage seat 2, the stretching arm 51 penetrates the positioning hole 215 and is plugged between the elastic arms 22, so that the fitting parts 221 are engaged with the positioning part 92 of the tool 9, and the tool 9 is locked by the elastic arms 22. The hanging body 62 has a hanging hole 621 for hanging. The third engaging portion 63 of the first embodiment is a cylindrical post, and the third engaging portion 64 is a circular protrusion. Through the hanging hole 621, the tool 9 can be hung on a display rack (not shown) for sale after being sleeved in the first embodiment.

Referring to Fig. 4 and Fig. 7, when the consumer wants to remove the tool 9, he only needs to cut off the connecting parts 521 of the locking arms 52 of the anti-theft part 5, and the anti-theft hanging group 300 can be taken out from the storage seat 2, so that the stretching arm 51 of the anti-theft part 5 is separated from the elastic arms 22, and the tool 9 can be taken off.

Referring to Figures 6 to 8, consumers only need to remove the hanging part 6 from the display board 4, and engage the third joint part 63 of the hanging part 6 with the first joint part 231 of the first joint part 23 of the storage seat 2, and make the third engaging part 64 engage with the first engaging part 232, then the hanging part 6 can be combined with the storage seat 2, and the hanging part 6 can be hung and stored, so the storage method is more convenient, and the hanging part 6 and the storage seat 2 can be overlapped It also has the effect of promoting resource recycling and reducing environmental load.

Referring to FIG. 9 , a second embodiment of the tool placement unit of the present invention, the tool placement unit includes several detachably combined storage seats 2 , and the sizes of the seat bodies 21 of the storage seats 2 are the same.

After the consumer purchases several aforementioned first embodiments, the storage seats 2 can be used in combination, as long as the second joint member 24 of the previous storage seat 2 is joined to the first joint member 23 of the next storage seat 2, so that each second joint part 241 is joined to the first joint part 231 of the adjacent storage seat 2, the storage seats 2 can be used in combination along the second direction D2. In addition, each of the second engaging portions 242 is embedded in the respective first engaging portion 232 , which can prevent the storage seats 2 from being deviated or accidentally separated after being assembled. Since the first engaging portion 231 of each storage seat 2 in the first embodiment is a groove penetrating on one side, it has a limiting function of restricting the second engaging portion 241 adjacent to the storage seat 2 from engaging with the first engaging portion 231 .

Thereby, as shown in FIG. 10 , several tools 9 are placed in the storage seats 2 , and the tools 9 can be neatly stored, which is more convenient to store.

As shown in FIG. 11 , in other variants, the first joint portion 231 of each storage seat 2 can also be a groove through which both sides pass through, so that both opposite ends thereof are spatially connected to the outside world. With the design of double-sided penetration, when the storage seats 2 are combined, the second joint portion 241 of each storage seat 2 can slide in from the top side or the bottom side of the corresponding first joint portion 231, so it can be combined in both directions, and there is no restriction on the combination direction, which is more convenient to use.

As shown in Fig. 12, it should also be explained that the consumer can also connect the hanging part 6 to the first connecting part 23 of the storage seat 2 at the front, and then the tools 9 can be stored vertically by hanging the hanging part 6 on a hook 94 on a wall surface 93. The three-dimensional storage method is not only convenient for storage, but also saves plane space.

Referring to Fig. 13, it is a variation example of the second embodiment. The sizes of the base bodies 21 of the storage bases 2 are different. In this second embodiment, the storage bases 2 of different sizes can be combined and spliced, and the combination is not limited by the size of the base bodies 21. Therefore, the tools 9 of different sizes can be placed and accommodated, and the applicability is excellent.

To sum up, the storage seat 2 and the hanging member 6 of the tool storage unit of the present invention are recycled and reused, which has the environmental protection effect of repeated reuse and lightening the environmental load. In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, several storage seats 2 of the same or different sizes can be connected in series to store the tools 9. The storage method is more convenient, and the number of series connection of the storage seats 2 can also be adjusted arbitrarily to cope with storage spaces of different sizes, and the storage method is more flexible.
