System comprising a tablet and a label-holder device, configured to equip a display device for merchandise articles, in particular a gondola

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to systems comprising a metal shelf and a label holder device for mounting on the shelf, configured to equip display devices for merchandise articles, as well as such devices, in particular gondolas, intended to be arranged in retail stores, such as supermarkets.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

There are supermarket gondolas equipped with systems comprising a metal shelf mounted on vertical uprights of the gondola and a label holder mounted on the shelf.

Shelves formed of relatively thick sheets and reinforcing pieces are known which are attached at least on the front and sides of the shelves. Label holders are also known which are configured to be mounted on the front of such tablets, for example by being directly screwed, or directly glued or by being clipped therein, such as a gripper gripping on the upper edges. and lower from the front of such tablets.

It is observed that the label holders that are screwed or glued are not always easily removable, while the clips that are clipped usually take up space on top of the tablet.

Also known is a tablet which is made of a single metal sheet and which has an upper panel extending generally longitudinally and having an outer surface for the display of articles and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface. This sheet also has a front face provided with an outer front wall extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the upper panel, and an inner front wall extending the outer front wall and extending on the side of the inner surface of the panel superior. Due to the fineness of such a tablet and in particular of its front face, the mounting of tag-carrying devices such as those described above is not always appropriate. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention proposes to provide a system configured to equip a merchandise presentation device of a kind similar to those described above, which is particularly robust while being simple, economical and convenient both to the use of 'to manufacture.

To this end, the invention proposes, in a first aspect, a system configured to equip a device for presenting merchandise articles, in particular a gondola, the system comprising a tablet made of a single metal sheet, forming an upper panel. extending generally longitudinally and having an outer surface for the display of the articles and an inner surface opposed to the outer surface, and a front face provided with an outer front wall extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the top panel, and an inner front wall extending the outer front wall and extending to the inner surface side of the upper panel; and a label carrier configured to be mounted on the front face of the tablet; characterized in that the inner front wall of the front face has an inner bearing portion extending facing and in close proximity to the inner surface, an inner mounting portion extending from the inner bearing portion , opposite and remote from the outer front wall, and an inner junction portion extending from the outer front wall and connecting to one of the inner support portion or the inner mounting portion; the front face further has a locking member of the label holder formed at least in part on one of the inner mounting portion or the inner junction portion and having at least one bearing face facing the panel superior ; the label holder comprises a mounting portion having a gutter shape having an internal space delimited by a first lateral wing, a second lateral wing extending opposite the first lateral wing and a bottom wall connecting the first lateral wing. and the second lateral wing, and a complementary locking member of the label holder formed on one of the bottom wall or the second lateral wing and having at least one complementary bearing face facing the bottom wall; the system being configured so that, when the label device is mounted on the front face of the tablet, the outer front wall and the inner front wall of the front face are at least partially received in the internal space of the mounting part. , the first lateral wing and the outer front wall being partially in contact, the second lateral wing and the inner front wall being partially in contact, the bearing face of the locking member being in contact with the complementary bearing surface of the complementary locking member, so that the label holder is secured to the front face and locked in a predetermined position on the front face.

The configuration of the front face of the tablet and in particular of its inner front wall makes it possible to form a relatively rigid mounting bracket for the label-holder device, despite the realization of the tablet made of a metal sheet; while the configuration of the label holder device and in particular the gutter shape of its mounting portion forms a housing for the insertion, at least partially, of this support formed by the inner front wall of the front face of the Tablet.

The cooperation between the mounting part of the label holder device and the inner front wall of the front face of the tablet thus makes it possible to mount, in a predetermined stable position, the label holder device on the tablet.

Note that the arrangement of the inner bearing portion of the inner front wall of the front face of the tablet, vis-à-vis the outer front wall of the tablet and vis-à-vis the inner surface of the upper panel of this tablet, allows to form a protection against deformation of the outer front wall (and more generally the front face) during assembly and disassembly of the label holder device on the front of the tablet. In other words, this protection can act as a stop substantially limiting the displacement of the outer front wall because of its flexibility vis-à-vis the upper panel.

In addition, the configuration of the system and in particular the fact of having, directly on the inner front wall and on the mounting part, respectively the locking member and the locking member. complementary, locks in its predetermined stable position, the label holder on the tablet.

Therefore, the system according to the invention allows, thanks to its configuration, a precise, simple, fast and secure mounting of the label holder device on the front of the tablet, without obstructing the top panel of this tablet and in particular its exterior surface, as well as particularly quick and easy disassembly.

According to simple, convenient and economical characteristics of the system according to the invention:

one of the internal front wall or of the mounting part comprises at least one predetermined contour opening, the bearing face of the locking member being provided on an edge of the opening; and the other of the inner front wall or the mounting portion has at least one projection configured to be engaged in the opening, the complementary bearing surface of the complementary locking member being provided on the projection;

one of the inner front wall or of the mounting part comprises a plurality of said openings distributed longitudinally in a first predetermined pitch, and the other of the inner front wall or of the mounting part comprises a plurality of said projections; distributed longitudinally along a second predetermined pitch, the mounting portion and the front face extending longitudinally substantially parallel to each other;

- The opening or openings are formed in the inner mounting portion, while the one or more projections are formed on the second side wing and extend into the inner space of the mounting portion;

the second lateral wing comprises a plurality of elastically deformable tongues distributed longitudinally, the projections being formed on the tongues;

- At least two successive tabs delimit between them a notch extending over the entire height of the second side wing and a portion of the bottom wall; - When the label holder is mounted on the front face of the shelf, some of said projections are introduced into some of said openings and some of said other projections bear against the inner mounting portion, against portions each between two successive openings ;

at least one of the mounting portion and the inner front wall is at least partially elastically deformable so that the label-carrying device is mounted on the front face of the tablet by a snap-fit involving at least one face of support and at least one complementary bearing surface;

- The inner junction portion is connected to the inner mounting portion, the inner bearing portion has a longitudinal edge facing away from the outer front wall and which is connected to the inner mounting portion;

- The inner bearing portion has a longitudinal edge facing the outer front wall and which is connected to the inner portion of the junction;

- The inner bearing portion has a longitudinal edge facing the outer front wall and which is connected to the inner junction portion, the bearing surface of the locking member is formed at least partly on the inner portion of junction , the mounting portion of the label holder device has at least one projection formed on one of the bottom wall or the second side wing and configured to be engaged between the inner joining portion and the inner mounting portion when the label device is mounted on the front face of the tablet, the complementary bearing surface of the complementary locking member being formed on the projection;

the locking member comprises a first bearing face provided on the inner junction portion and a second bearing face on the inner mounting portion, the projection is formed on the second lateral wing and has a first portion and a second portion extending transversely to the second lateral wing respectively on the inner space side and the opposite side to the inner space, a first complementary bearing face is provided on the first portion and a second complementary bearing face is formed on the second portion of the projection and, when the label holder is mounted on the front face of the tablet, the first complementary bearing face and the second face of complementary support are respectively in contact with the first bearing face and the second bearing face;

the bearing face of the locking member is formed on the internal junction portion, the projection is formed on the bottom wall, on the inner space side, and has a first portion extending transversely to the inner portion; bottom wall and a second portion extending the first portion and extending substantially opposite the bottom wall, and the complementary bearing face is formed on the second portion of the projection and, when the label holder is mounted on the front face of the tablet, the junction portion is partially received between the second portion and the bottom wall, the complementary bearing face being in contact with the bearing face;

the inner junction portion has an outer portion extending transversely from the outer front wall of the inner surface side, a first inner portion extending from the outer portion and folded over the latter, and a second inner portion s' extending from the first inner portion, facing and in the immediate vicinity of the outer front wall, and connecting to the inner bearing portion, and the bearing face of the locking member is provided at least in part on the one of the outer portion or the first inner portion of the inner junction portion; and or

the mounting part has a cornice wall extending transversely from the first lateral wing and the label holder comprises a receiving portion having a rigid portion forming a receiving housing of a label, and a flexible portion connecting the rigid portion at the ridge wall of the mounting portion; and optionally, the mounting portion further has a spacing member protruding from the first side wing and having at its distal end a bent portion against which bears the receiving portion at the junction between its flexible portion and its rigid portion. The invention also aims, in another aspect, a label device configured to be mounted on a front face of a tablet made of a single metal sheet and configured to equip a merchandise display device, including a gondola, characterized in that it comprises a mounting portion having a gutter shape having an internal space delimited by a first lateral wing, a second lateral wing extending opposite the first lateral wing and a bottom wall connecting the first lateral wing and the second lateral wing, and a complementary locking member of the label holder device formed on one of the bottom wall or the second lateral wing and having at least one complementary bearing face turned towards the wall; background ; the label holder being configured so that, when mounted on the front face of the tablet, the inner space of the mounting portion at least partially receives an outer front wall and an inner front wall of the front face of the the shelf, the outer front wall extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of an upper panel of the shelf and the inner front wall extending the outer front wall and extending from the inner surface side of the top panel, which panel extends generally longitudinally, transversely to the front face and has an outer surface for the display of the articles and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface, the first lateral wing is partially in contact with the outer front wall, the second lateral wing is partially in contact with the inner front wall, the complementary bearing face of the complementary locking member is con tact of a bearing surface of a locking device of the label holder formed on the inner front wall of the front face and facing the upper panel, so that the label holder is configured to be subject to the front face and locked in a predetermined position on the front face.

The invention also aims, in another aspect, a tablet configured to equip a display device of merchandise articles, including a gondola, made of a single metal sheet, forming an upper panel extending generally longitudinally and having a outer surface for displaying articles and an inner surface opposed to the outer surface, and a front face provided with an outer front wall extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the top panel, and an inner front wall extending the outer surface; outer front wall and extending on the side of the inner surface of the upper panel; characterized in that the inner front wall of the front face has an inner bearing portion extending facing and in close proximity to the inner surface, an inner mounting portion extending from the inner bearing portion , opposite and remote from the outer front wall, and an inner junction portion extending from the outer front wall and connecting to one of the inner support portion or the inner mounting portion; the front face further has a locking member of the label holder formed at least in part on one of the inner mounting portion or the inner junction portion and having at least one bearing face facing the panel superior ; said tablet being configured to receive a label holder having a gutter-shaped mounting portion having an internal space delimited by a first lateral wing, a second lateral wing extending facing the first side wing and a wall of bottom connecting the first lateral wing and the second lateral wing, and a complementary locking member of the label holder formed on one of the bottom wall or the second lateral wing and comprising at least one complementary bearing face turned towards the bottom wall; said tablet being configured so that, when the label device is mounted on the front face of the tablet, the outer front wall and the front inner wall of the front face are at least partially received in the internal space of the portion of mounting, the first lateral wing and the outer front wall being partially in contact, the second lateral wing and the inner front wall being partially in contact, the bearing face of the locking member being in contact with the bearing face complementary to the complementary locking member, so that the label holder is secured to the front face and locked in a predetermined position on the front face. The invention aims, in yet another aspect, a merchandise display device characterized in that it comprises a base, two vertical uprights extending from the base, a bottom panel interposed between the two uprights , as well as a system as described above, the tablet of said system further comprises a rear face opposite to its front face and extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the upper panel, and the tablet is hung cantilevered on the vertical uprights and extends opposite the base, its rear face turned towards the bottom panel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

FIG. 1 illustrates a display device for merchandise items 1, in particular a gondola for example intended to be placed in a retail store, for example a supermarket.

This device 1 here comprises a base 2, two vertical uprights 3 extending from the base 2, a bottom panel 4 interposed between the two vertical uprights 3, and a plurality of shelves 5, or shelves, hung on the door. false on the uprights 3, on either side of the bottom panel 4, and which extend opposite the base 2.

On one side of the bottom panel 4, the device 1 comprises here only one tablet 5 on which is mounted a label holder 1 10, illustrated schematically.

The tablet 5 and the label holder 1 10 are here part of a system 18 configured to equip the device 1.

The base 2 is here provided with four feet 6, whose height is for example adjustable, two side panels 7, a front panel 8 joining the two side panels 7, a rear panel (not shown) also joining the two side panels 7 opposite the front panel 8, and an upper panel 9 having a front edge 10 folded partially facing the panel before 8.

Each of the uprights 3 extends here vertically from the upper panel 9 of the base 2, substantially at half the depth of the upper panel 9, which depth is defined between the front panel 8 and the rear panel of the base 2, to a free end 1 1.

Each of these uprights 3 here has a rectangular section and has a front face 12 provided with a plurality of openings 13, a rear face 16 opposite to the front face 12 and also provided with a plurality of openings (not shown ), similar to the openings 13, an inner face 15 joining the front face 12 and the rear face 16 and provided with a plurality of notches (not shown) configured to allow the mounting of the bottom panel 4, with the aid of hooks (not shown) on each of these uprights 3, and an outer face 14 opposite the inner face 15 and also joining the front face 12 and the rear face 16.

Here, the outer face 14 is full in that it is devoid of notches but alternatively, the outer face of at least one amount could include notches similar to those of the inner face for mounting another bottom panel mounted on a base which would for example be provided with a vertical upright.

It is in particular thanks to the arrangement described above of the gondola 1 that it is possible, on the gondola illustrated in FIG. 1, to have shelves 5 on either side of the bottom panel 4.

Alternatively, the uprights could extend from one end of the top panel of the base and shelves would be mounted only on the front face of these uprights and thus arranged only on one side of the bottom panel.

Each shelf 5 visible in FIG. 1 extends here in a longitudinal general direction, from one to the other of the uprights 3, and has a depth in the transverse direction of the shelf 5. Each shelf 5 is here provided with an upper panel 20 forming a display surface for merchandise articles, hereinafter referred to as the outer surface 30, of a first side 24 extending transversely from the upper panel 20 and in the depth of the tablet 5, a second side opposite the first side 24 and also extending transversely from the upper panel 20 and in the depth of the shelf 5, substantially parallel to the first side 24, a front face 23 extending transversely from the upper panel 20 and in the length of the tablet 5, and a rear face 26, opposite to the front face 23, also extending transversely from the upper panel 20 and in the length of the tablet 5.

The tablet 5 is here mechanically secured to one of the uprights 3, at its first side 24, by a console 21 and at the other of the uprights

3, at its two side 25, by a console 22.

Figures 2 to 5 show the system 18 provided with one of the tablets

5 and the label holder 1 10, taken separately, in different orientations and at different angles of view.

In Figures 2, 3 and 5, the system 18 is disposed in a so-called use orientation, wherein the outer surface 30 of the tablet 5 is directed upwards; while in Figure 4, the system 18 is turned over and the outer surface 30 of the tablet 5 is directed downwards and not visible. On the contrary, in FIG. 4, it is an inner surface 31 of the upper panel

20 of the tablet 5, opposite its outer surface 30, which is visible.

The tablet 5 here comprises several reinforcing pieces, hereinafter called longitudinal members 35 which are mechanically fastened to the upper panel

20 by its inner surface 31, directly or indirectly, and extending longitudinally substantially from the first side 24 to the second side 25 of the shelf 5.

The spars 35, here three in number, are distributed over the depth of the tablet 5 between the front face 23 and the rear face 26 of the latter and each have a substantially general shape called omega

(see more in detail below). Alternatively, the tablet may comprise only one or two longitudinal members or more than three longitudinal members 35.

The tablet 5 further comprises several holes 32, here circular, which are formed on each of the first and second sides 24 and 25.

Alternatively, the tablet 5 comprises more or less such holes 32 or lack thereof.

The tablet 5 further comprises locking members, hereinafter referred to as cleats 33, of which there are two (one of which is visible in FIG. 8), which are respectively formed on the first and second sides 24 and 25.

These tabs 33 are here arranged closer to the front face 23 of the rear face 26 and are configured to cooperate with the consoles 21 and 22 to lock the tablet in position 5 on the latter (see below in more detail).

Here, the front face 23 of the shelf 5 joins both the first side 24 and the second side 25 by two opposite ends of the front face 23 (see in more detail below); while the rear face 26 extends between two free ends which are in the immediate vicinity, but which do not join, the first side 24 and the second side 25, so as to form a space 36 allowing the passage of one of the respective consoles 21 and 22 configured to allow the mounting of the tablet 5 on the respective upright 3 (see in more detail below).

This arrangement here makes it possible to close so-called corners A and B of the tablet 5 and to leave at least partially open corners known as C and D of the tablet; noting that the closed corner A is located at the junction between the front face 23 and the first side 24, the closed corner B is located at the junction between the front face 23 and the second side 25, the open corner C is located at the of the rear face 26 and the first side 24, while the open corner D is located at the rear face 26 and the second side 25.

The tablet 5 further comprises, at each of the junctions between the front face 23 and the first and second sides 24 and 25, a locking mechanism 34 configured to close the respective corners A and B. It will be noted that the upper panel 20, the first and second sides 24 and 25, the front and rear faces 23 and 26, the catches 33 (FIG. 8) and the locking mechanisms 34 are formed in one and the same metal sheet having a thickness for example between about 0.4 mm and about 1 mm. It will also be noted that the omega-shaped spars 35 are also formed in a single metal sheet having a thickness of, for example, between about 0.2 mm and about 1 mm.

In Figures 2, 4 and 5, the label holder 1 10 is illustrated mounted on the front face 23 of the tablet 5, while in Figure 3, it is shown away from the tablet 5 and s' extends in front of the front face 23.

As can be seen in FIG. 4, the label-carrying device 1 has a length substantially equal to that of the tablet 5, so that it is mounted on almost the entire front face 23.

FIGS. 6 to 8 show in more detail the front face 23, the rear face 26, one of the longitudinal members 35, the first side 24 and the second side 25, seen in section, but also one of the holes 32, one of the cleats 33, and locking mechanisms 34.

In particular, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the front face 23 has an outer front wall 40 extending transversely from a longitudinal edge of the upper panel 20, and an inner front wall 41 extending the outer front wall 40 and extending on the side of the inner surface 31 of the upper panel 20.

The outer front wall 40 and the upper panel 20 extend here substantially perpendicular to each other.

The inner front wall 41 has an inner bearing portion 42 extending facing and in close proximity to the inner surface 31, an inner mounting portion 43 extending from the inner bearing portion 42, opposite and to distance from the outer front wall 40, and an inner junction portion 44 extending from the outer front wall 40 and connecting to the inner mounting portion 43. In the immediate vicinity, it is meant that the internal support portion 42 is at a very small distance, that is to say without being in contact, with the inner surface 31; so that a slight displacement of the inner front wall can bring into contact the inner bearing portion and the inner surface. Alternatively, the inner bearing portion could be at least partially in contact with the inner surface, while maintaining a possibility of being even more supported against the inner surface.

The inner bearing portion 42 extends transversely between a first longitudinal edge 120 and a second longitudinal edge 121 opposite the first longitudinal edge 120. The first edge 120 is turned towards the outer front wall 40, while being at a distance from this outer front wall 40, and the second edge 121 is turned away from the outer front wall 40.

The inner mounting portion 43 extends from the second edge 121 of the inner bearing portion 42, here inclined towards the outer front wall 40.

The inner junction portion 44 extends transversely to the outer front wall 40, substantially perpendicular to the latter, and extends opposite the upper panel 20, substantially parallel to the latter.

The internal junction portion 44 and the inner support portion 42 extend opposite one another and are situated on the same side of the internal mounting portion 43, here on the side of the outer front wall 40.

In a variant, the inner mounting portion 43 is not inclined but extends substantially parallel to the outer front wall 40.

The front face 23 is further provided with a plurality of openings 125, one of which is visible in FIG. 6, formed in the internal mounting portion 43. Each of these openings 125 can form a locking member of the device label 1 10 (see in more detail below).

The rear face 26 has an outer rear wall 50, which extends from the upper panel 20 and is provided with a first vertical outer portion 51 extended by a second outer transverse portion 52, the latter extending inwardly tablet 5; and an inner rear wall 53 provided with a first transverse inner portion 54 extending from the second transverse outer portion 52 and folded over the latter, the first transverse inner portion 54 being extended by a second vertical inner portion 55 bearing against the first vertical outer portion 51, the second vertical inner portion 55 being extended by a third transverse portion 56 extending inwardly of the tablet 5 bearing against the inner surface 31 of its upper panel 20.

In other words, the inner rear wall 53 is folded at least on the outer front wall 51 so that the rear face 26 is formed by a rear fold.

The spar 35 here generally comprises a bottom wall 47 extending transversely, in section, two legs 48 extending vertically and substantially parallel from opposite ends of the bottom wall 47, and two support lugs 49 '. also extending transversely, in section, respectively from the legs 48, opposite the bottom wall 47.

The two support lugs 49 are mechanically secured to the upper panel 20 by its inner surface 31, directly or indirectly.

The mechanical fastening of the support lugs 49 of the spar 35 can be done by gluing, for example by interposing separation microbeads between the bearing lugs 49 and the inner surface 31, or by welding, in particular by laser welding. Such a laser welding can be implemented with a machine having for example a support support for docking the support lugs on the upper panel and a control and control unit configured to parameterize the machine with a predetermined power, preferably of a relatively low value, and with a predetermined focusing distance.

The spar may have a height between its support legs and its bottom wall, between about 10 mm and about 25 mm. Thus, the tablet may have a total height of between about 10.4 mm and about 26 mm while having a particularly effective weight-height ratio, as well as a predetermined mechanical inertia module depending in particular of the French standard NF D 65-031, while having a particularly powerful resistance, for example of at least about 300 kg / m ² .

As also illustrated in FIG. 6, one of the holes 32 formed in the first side 24 is situated between the front face 23 and the spar 35 immediately after this front face 23. It will be noted that the cleat formed on this first side 24 can be located immediately after the same beam 35. The locking mechanism 34 at the corner A is generally formed by a locking tab 57 from the first side 24 and folded over a first end portion 58 of the front face 23 which is folded and arranged against this first side 24.

As illustrated in FIG. 7, the second side 25 has a second outer side wall 60, which extends from the upper panel 20 and is provided with a first vertical outer portion 61, as well as a second wall internal side 62 provided with a first vertical internal portion 63 extending from the first vertical outer portion 61 and folded and thus resting on the latter, the first vertical inner portion 63 being extended by a second transverse internal portion 64 s'; extending inwardly of the tablet 5 bearing against the inner surface 31 of its upper panel 20.

In other words, the second inner side wall 62 is bent over at least on the second outer side wall 60 so that the second side 25 is formed by a second side fold.

As also illustrated in Figure 7, the locking mechanism 34 at the corner B is also generally formed by a locking tab 67 from the second side 25 and folded on a second end portion 68 of the front face 23 which is folded and arranged against this second side 25.

The catch 33 illustrated in FIG. 7 is configured to cooperate with the console 22.

The cleat 33 is here made from a cutout formed in the first vertical inner portion 63 of the second inner side wall 62 of the second side 25, then folded towards the inside of the shelf 5. The cleat 33, which therefore extends from a base (not visible), has a substantially circular free edge 94 and provides a window (not visible) when it is folded towards the inside of the shelf 5, which window does not open not out of the shelf 5 but on the first vertical outer portion 61 of the second outer side wall 60 of the second side 25; so that neither this window nor this other cleat is visible from the outside of the tablet 5, seen from the second side 25.

The cleat 33 is thus formed in the second side fold, inside the tablet 5.

As illustrated in FIG. 8, the first side 24 has a first outer side wall 70, which extends from the top panel 20 and is provided with a first vertical outer portion 71, and a first wall internal side 72 provided with a first vertical inner portion 73 extending from the first vertical outer portion 71 and folded and thus resting on the latter, the first vertical inner portion 73 being extended by a second transverse internal portion 74 s'; extending inwardly of the tablet 5 bearing against the inner surface 31 of its upper panel 20.

In other words, the first inner side wall 72 is bent over at least on the first outer side wall 70 so that the first side 24 is formed by a first side fold.

Note that the other tab 33 is formed in the same manner as explained above for the tab 33, in this first side fold, inside the tablet 5.

In particular, the other cleat 33 is made from a cutout formed in the first vertical inner portion 73 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24, then folded towards the inside of the shelf 5.

This other cleat 33, which therefore extends from a base and has a substantially circular free edge, thus provides a window when it is folded towards the inside of the shelf 5, which window does not open towards the outside of the window. tablet 5 but on the first vertical outer portion 71 of the first outer side wall 70 of the first side 24; so that neither this window nor the cleat 33 are visible from the outside of the tablet 5, seen from the first side 24.

Each of the tabs 33 is configured to fit into a slot of the console 21 or 22 with which it cooperates so as to lock the tablet 5 in position on the respective console and thus to hold the tablet 5 vis-à-vis the amount 3 respective and also from the bottom panel 4.

FIG. 8 also shows an internal passage (not referenced) between the first side 24 and a free end 37 of the beam 35 visible in this FIG. 8, which passage opens into the space 36 formed between this first side and the rear face 26. This passage is here configured to at least partially receive the console 21.

We will now describe in more detail, with reference to Figure 9, the beams 35 visible at least partially in Figures 2 to 8, which rails 35 are here identical.

The support lugs 49 of each spar 35 are located facing each other and present here a first bearing portion 75 and a second bearing portion 76 extending from the first portion of support 75 and folded and therefore supported on the latter.

Each support lug 49 is thus formed by a fold.

The second support portion 76 is here shorter than the first support portion 75 so that the latter has a free end 78 directed in the illustrated example to an inner space 77 of the spar 35.

The jambs 48 of each spar 35 are located facing one another and are here formed by a vertical straight portion 79 which extends from the second support portion 76, substantially on the side of or under the free end 78 of the first support portion 75.

The bottom wall 47 of each spar 35 here extends substantially opposite the free ends 78 of the bearing lugs 76 and at least partially encloses the internal space 77 of the spar 35.

This bottom wall 47 has a first bottom portion 80 extending transversely, in section, from the vertical straight portion 79 of one of the legs 48, a second bottom portion 81 extending from the first portion of the bottom 80 and folded and thus resting on the latter. The second bottom portion 81 has a length greater than the first bottom portion 80 so that the second bottom portion 81 extends transversely beyond the vertical straight portion 79 of the leg 48 which extends the first portion of the bottom portion. bottom 80, and facing the second support portion 76 which connects to this vertical straight portion 79, without however extending further than this bearing portion 76.

The bottom wall 47 also has a third bottom portion

82 extending transversely from the second bottom portion 81 and folded and thus resting on the latter. The third bottom portion 82 extends transversely from the third bottom portion 82 to beyond the vertical straight portion 79 of the other legs 48, and facing the second support portion 76 which connects at this vertical straight portion 79, without however extending further than this bearing portion 76.

The bottom wall 47 also has a fourth bottom portion

83 extending from the third bottom portion 82 and folded and thus supported on the latter. The fourth bottom portion 83 here has a length substantially equal to that of the second bottom portion 81 and is directed towards the latter, without joining it.

The bottom wall 47 also has a fifth portion of the bottom

84 extending from the fourth bottom portion 83 and folded and thus resting on the latter. The fifth bottom portion 84 here has a length substantially equal to that of the fourth bottom portion 83 and extends to join the vertical straight portion 79 of the other jambs 48.

In the example illustrated here, the bottom wall 47 is thus formed by the juxtaposition of three folds superimposed and separated from a central space 85. In addition, the arrangement is such that the first bottom portion 80, the second portion bottom 81 and part of the third bottom portion 82 are superimposed from the inner space 77 outwardly of the spar 35; and the fifth bottom portion 84, the fourth bottom portion 83 and another portion of the third bottom portion 82 are also superimposed from the inner space 77 outwardly of the spar 35. It will be noted that each support lug 47 is provided, in the vicinity of the free end 37 of the spar 35, with an extension (not shown) formed in the extension of its second support portion 76 and a recess ( not illustrated) formed by the interruption of its first folded support portion 75. Each spar 35 also has, at its end opposite the free end 37 (ends which will subsequently be undifferentiated and referenced only 37), the same extension and the same recess.

The beam 35 is mechanically secured under the tablet 5, by the first support portions 75 of its support tabs 49 which are positioned against the inner surface 31, and by the extensions (not shown) formed in the extension of the second portion bearing 76 of its support tabs 49 which are positioned against the second transverse internal portion 74 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24, which second transverse inner portion 74 is itself positioned against the inner surface 31 .

The spar 35 which is closest to the rear face 26 thus has a bearing lug 49 directed towards the third transverse portion 56 of the inner rear wall 53 of the rear face 26, as well as the vertical straight portion 79 of a jamb 48 partially facing the second vertical inner portion 55 of the inner rear wall 53.

Note that the rear fold of the rear face 26 and in particular the third transverse portion 56 of its inner rear wall 53, the second side fold of the second side 25 and in particular the second transverse internal portion 64 of its second side wall. 62, as well as the first side fold of the first side 24 and in particular the second transverse internal portion 74 of its first inner side wall 72, are here each mechanically secured to the inner surface 31 in a similar manner to that used to the mechanical fastening of the longitudinal members 35, namely for example by bonding or laser welding.

On the contrary, the internal bearing portion 42 of the inner front wall of the front face 23 is here free, that is to say that it is not mechanically fastened to the inner surface 31, so that the front face 23 has a certain flexibility, and in particular so that the inner mounting portion 43 can be elastically moved away from or closer to the outer front wall 40.

Rear face 26 and first side 24 are configured so that the respective back fold and the first side fold do not overlap. To do this, the third transverse portion 56 of the inner rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the second transverse inner portion 74 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24 are interrupted before the respective ends of the rear face 26 and the first side 24 at the corner C. In other words, the third transverse portion 56 of the inner rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the first transverse inner portion 74 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24 are respectively shorter than the overall length respectively of the rear face 26 and the first side 24.

Note that it is the same at the corner D, where the rear face 26 and the second side 25 do not overlap either. To do this, the third transverse portion 56 of the inner rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the second transverse inner portion 64 of the second inner side wall 62 of the second side 25 are interrupted before the respective ends of the rear face 26 and second side 25 at this corner D. In other words, the third transverse portion 56 of the inner rear wall 53 of the rear face 26 and the second transverse inner portion 64 of the second inner side wall 62 of the second side 25 are respectively shorter than the rest of the rear face 26 and the second side 25.

FIGS. 10 to 13 show in particular that the corner A is closed by the first folded end portion 58 of the front face 23.

This first folded end portion 58 is derived from an extension of the outer front wall 40 of this front face 23.

This first folded end portion 58 is housed against the first vertical outer portion 71 of the first outer side wall 70 of the first side 24, at a first end 69 (Figure 1 1) of the first side 24.

To do this, the first vertical inner portion 73 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24 is interrupted at one end 88 and further has a notch 89 whose contour is L-shaped.

In particular here, the first vertical inner portion 73 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24 is substantially the same length as the first transverse inner portion 74 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24.

The first folded end portion 58 of the front face 23 has a first portion 90 of substantially rectangular shape, which is housed facing the end 88 of the first vertical inner portion 73 of the first inner side wall 72 of the first side 24, and which is extended by a second substantially hammer-shaped portion 91, which second portion 91 is housed opposite the notch 89 of this first vertical inner portion 73.

FIGS. 10 to 13 also show that this closing of the corner A is locked by the locking tab 57 of the locking mechanism 34.

This tab 57 is derived from an extension of the first vertical outer portion 71 of the first outer side wall 70 of the first side 24, formed here between two notches 92 formed in this first vertical outer portion 71 and therefore of the part and the other where the foot 57 protrudes from this first vertical outer portion 71. Several openings 59 are formed in the tab 57 at its fold.

Note that the notches 92 and the openings 59 are configured to facilitate the folding of this locking tab 57 and the positioning of the latter at least partially against the first and second portions 90 and 91 of the first folded end portion 58 of the front face 23.

It should be noted that the above description of the closed and excess locked corner A applies for the corner B (see FIG. 7). In particular, the second end portion 68 of the front face 23 which is folded and disposed against the second side 25 is also derived from an extension of the outer front wall 40 of this front face 23, arranged opposite the the first folded end portion 58.

This second end portion 68 is housed against the first vertical outer portion 61 of the second outer side wall 60 of the second side 25, at a first end (not shown) of the second side 25.

To do this, the first vertical inner portion 63 of the second inner side wall 62 of the second side 25 is interrupted at one end and further has an indentation whose contour is also L-shaped (not shown). In particular here, the first vertical inner portion 63 of the second inner side wall 62 of the second side 25 is substantially of the same length as the second transverse inner portion 64 of the second inner side wall 62 of the second side 25. second end portion 68 of the front face 23 also has a first portion (not shown) of substantially rectangular shape, which is housed facing the end of the first vertical inner portion 63 of the second inner side wall 62 the second side 25, and which is extended by a second portion (not shown) substantially in the form of a hammer, which second portion is housed opposite the notch of this first vertical inner portion 63.

The corner B is also locked by the locking tab 67 of the locking mechanism 34. This tab 67 is derived from an extension of the first vertical outer portion 61 of the second outer side wall 60 of the second side 25, formed here between two notches (not shown) formed in this first vertical outer portion 61 and therefore on either side of the place where the tab 67 protrudes from this first vertical outer portion 61. Several openings (not shown) are formed in the tab 67 at its fold. Note that the notches and openings are configured to facilitate the folding of this locking tab 67 and the positioning the latter at least partially against the first and second portions of the second end portion 68 of the front face 23.

FIGS. 10, 12 and 13 also show in more detail the internal front wall 41 of the front face 23 and, in particular, the openings 125 formed in the internal mounting portion 43, all along the inner front wall 41, here longitudinally distributed according to a first predetermined step.

Each opening 125 has a predetermined outline, here substantially rectangular, and extends longitudinally as the front face 23. Each opening 125 thus has a lower longitudinal edge 127, an upper longitudinal edge 129 facing the lower longitudinal edge 127, and two edges lateral edges 128, each lateral edge 128 extending from one to the other of the lower longitudinal edges 127 and upper 129. The upper edge 129 is closer to the upper panel 20 than the lower edge 127, which is here more close to the inner portion of junction 44.

Each opening 125 forms a window in the internal mounting portion 43.

We will now describe in greater detail, with reference to FIGS. 14 to 17, the label-carrying device 1 visible at least partially in FIGS. 1 to 5.

The label holder 1 10 has a receiving part 1 1 1 configured to receive a display device, for example an electronic label or a so-called paper label (not shown), and a mounting part 1 12 configured to be secured. , here by snapping, to the front face 23 of the tablet 5.

The mounting part 1 12 has a gutter shape having a first lateral wing 1 13, a second lateral wing 1 14 extending opposite the first lateral wing 1 13, and a bottom wall 1 15 connecting the first lateral wing 1 13 and the second lateral wing 1 14. The lateral wings 1 14 and 1 15 each extend substantially perpendicularly to the bottom wall 1 15. The mounting portion 12 extends longitudinally between a first end 122 and a second end 123 opposite the first end 122.

The lateral wings 1 13 and 1 14 and the bottom wall 1 15 together define an internal space 1 16 of the mounting portion 1 12, which has a longitudinal introduction opening 1 17 for the front face 23 which extends to the opposite of the bottom wall 1 15.

The first lateral wing 13 is here formed by a solid wall.

The second lateral wing 1 14 is provided with a plurality of notches 1 18 and tabs 1 19, each tab 1 19 being formed by a portion of the second lateral wing 1 14 delimited by two notches 1 18 successive.

The notches 1 18, and therefore the tabs 1 19, are longitudinally distributed on the mounting portion 1 12 according to a second predetermined pitch.

Each notch 1 18 extends here over the entire height of the second lateral wing 1 14, from a free longitudinal edge 124 of the second lateral wing 1 14 opposite the bottom wall 1 15, and extends into the bottom wall 1 15.

Alternatively, the notches 1 18 extend only over a portion of the second lateral wing 1 14, without extending into the bottom wall 1 15.

Each notch 1 18 extends longitudinally in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of extension of the second lateral wing 1 14.

Each notch 1 18 extends here in a direction substantially normal to the bottom wall 1 15. In a variant, each notch 1 18 extends obliquely towards one or other end 122 or 123 of the part 1 12.

Each tab 1 19 has a first straight portion 162 extending from the bottom wall, a protruding portion, hereinafter projection 126, extending the first straight portion 162, and a second straight portion 163 extending the projection 126. The protrusion 126 extends at least partially into the internal space 1 16. The projections 126 are longitudinally distributed on the mounting portion 1 12 according to the second predetermined step in which the tongues 1 19 are themselves distributed.

As a variant, the projections 126 could be distributed according to a third predetermined step distinct from the second predetermined pitch; for example, only one tongue out of two could have a protrusion.

Each projection 126 has an internal face at least partially returning into the internal space 1 16. This internal face has a lower straight portion 130 extending facing the bottom wall 1 15, an upper right portion 131 opposite the portion lower right 130 and extending opposite the opening 1 17, and an intermediate curved portion 132 connecting the lower right portion 130 to the upper right portion 131. The curved portion 132 has a convexity turned towards the internal space 1 16.

Each projection 126 furthermore has two opposite lateral faces 143 each connected to the lower right portion 130, to the upper right portion 131 and to the curved portion 1 32.

Each of the projections 126 is configured to be engaged in an opening 125 of the front wall 23 and can thus form a locking member of the complementary label holder device 10, configured to cooperate with the locking member formed by the openings 125 ( see in more detail below).

It will be noted here that the mounting portion 1 12, and in particular the tabs 1 19, are configured to be at least partially elastically deformable, in particular because of the notches 1 18.

It will also be noted that the material in which the mounting portion 1 12 of the label holder is made is PVC.

The mounting portion 1 12 further comprises a cornice wall 133 extending transversely to the first lateral wing 1 13 from a longitudinal edge thereof which is opposite to the bottom wall 1 15, and extending from the opposite side to the internal space 1 16, substantially perpendicular to the first lateral wing 1 13. The receiving part 1 1 1 is connected to the mounting part 1 12 via the cornice wall 133.

The receiving part 1 1 1 has substantially the same length as the mounting part 1 12.

The receiving part 1 1 1 comprises a housing portion

134, which housing is for receiving the label (not shown), and an attachment portion 135 connecting the housing portion 134 to the cornice wall 133.

The housing portion 134 here in section has a safety pin shape and has a first side wall 136, a second side wall 137 extending opposite the first side wall 136, and a bottom wall 138 connecting the first and second side walls 136 and 137, the latter delimiting the housing with the bottom wall 138.

Note that the housing portion 134 is configured to be at least partially resiliently deformable, particularly in the region of its bottom wall 138, so that the side walls 136 and 137 may be spaced from each other to to introduce a label of a predetermined thickness in the housing, and for this label is pinched between the side walls 136 and 137 so as to be maintained in the housing.

The attachment portion 135 is formed by a strip of material extending the first side wall 136 of the housing portion 134 to connect to a face of the cornice wall 133 facing the first side wing 1 13.

The attachment portion 135 is here made of a material having a certain flexibility with respect to the material in which the housing portion 134 is made. In other words, the housing portion 134 is more rigid than the attachment portion. 135. Here, the housing portion 134 is made of transparent PVC, while the attachment portion 135 is made of polyurethane (PU).

The mounting part 1 12 furthermore has a spacing member 139 formed by a projecting wall from the first lateral wing 1 13, about halfway up this one. The spacing member 139 has a straight portion 140 rooted in the first lateral flange 11 and a curved portion 141 extending the straight portion 140 towards the cornice wall 133. The straight portion 140 is inclined towards the cornice wall 133 and outwardly of the mounting portion 1 12.

The curved portion 141 has, at the distal end of the spacing member 139, a bent portion 142 against which the receiving portion 11 1 substantially bears at the junction between the attachment portion 135, which is relatively flexible, and the housing portion 134, which is relatively rigid.

The cornice wall 133 and the spacing member 139 are integrally formed therefrom with the first lateral flange 13. As a variant, the cornice wall 133 and the spacing member 139 may be inserts.

Figures 18 to 20 show in more detail the mounting of the label holder device 1 10 on the front face 23 of the tablet 5, and in particular the cooperation between the locking member of the label holder device having the openings 125, and the locking member of the complementary label holder having the projections 126 configured to be engaged in the openings 125.

Figures 19 and 20 show in cross section the label holder 1 10 mounted on the front face 23 of the tablet 5.

In Figure 19, the cutting plane is aligned on a tongue January 19, the projection 126 is engaged in an opening 125 formed in the inner mounting portion 43 of the front face 23; while in Figure 20, the cutting plane is aligned on a tongue January 19 whose projection 126 is supported on a region of the inner mounting portion 43 located between two successive openings 125.

The system 18 is configured so that the outer front wall 40 and the inner front wall 41 of the front face 23 are at least partially received in the internal space 1 16 of the mounting portion 1 12, the first lateral wing 1 13 and the outer front wall 40 being at least partially in contact, the second lateral wing 1 14 and the inner front wall 41 being at least partially in contact.

The mounting portion 1 12 and the front face 23 then extend longitudinally in respective parallel directions.

More specifically, the first lateral flange 1 13 is here in contact with the outer front wall 40 over its entire height, with the exception of the portions of the outer front wall 40 through which the latter is respectively connected to the upper panel 20 and the inner junction portion 44 of the inner front wall 41, where the metal sheet of which the tablet 5 is made is folded.

As illustrated in FIG. 19, each tab 1 19 of the second lateral flange 1, the projection 126 of which is engaged in an opening 125, is here in contact with the internal mounting portion 43 of the inner front wall 41, for example. through the first right portion 162 and the second right portion 163. These straight portions 162 and 163 are here in contact with the inner mounting portion 43 on its side facing away from the outer front wall 40.

In addition, each projection 126 is configured to be engaged in an opening 125 such that the lower right portion 130 of its inner face is in contact with the lower longitudinal edge 127 of the opening 125 in which the projection 126 is engaged, while that the upper right portion 131 of its inner face is in contact with the upper longitudinal edge 129 of this opening 125.

It will be noted that the portion of the lower longitudinal edge 127 of the opening 125 on which the lower right portion 130 rests forms a bearing face of the locking member that comprises the front face 23, whereas the lower right portion 130 of the projection 126 forms a bearing face complementary to the complementary locking member that comprises the label holder device 1 10. The contact between the bearing face and the complementary bearing face opposes the withdrawal movement of the front wall 23 outside the internal space 1 16, and locks the label holder 1 10 on the front face 23. Note also that, similarly, the fact that the upper right portion 131 of the inner face of the projection 126 is in contact with the upper longitudinal edge 129 of the opening 125, opposes the driving movement of the front wall 23 in the internal space 1 16.

Thus, the cooperation of the protrusions 126 and the openings 125 makes it possible to oppose the free movement of the label-carrying device 1 10 both towards the upper panel 20 and in the opposite direction, so that the position of the label-carrying device 1 10 on the front face 23 is here indexed in a transverse direction.

Note in this regard that the bottom wall 1 15 of the mounting portion 1 12 is at a distance from the inner portion of junction 44. Alternatively, the bottom wall 1 15 could be in contact with the inner portion of junction 44 for indexing the position of the label holder 1 10 on the front face 23.

In addition, each side face 143 of a projection 126 engaged in an opening 125 is configured to abut against one of the side edges 128 of this opening 125, so that the movement of the label carrier 1 10 relative to the front face 23 is also limited in the longitudinal direction.

Note also that the fact that the inner mounting portion 43 is slightly inclined towards the upper panel 20 and towards the opposite side to the outer front wall 40, induces a slight deformation of the tongues January 19, the projection 126 is introduced into an opening 125, which contributes to maintaining the label holder 1 10 on the front face 23.

As illustrated in FIG. 20, each tongue 1 19 of the second lateral wing 1 14, the projection 126 of which bears against a region of the internal mounting portion 43 situated between two successive openings 125, is here in contact with the internal mounting portion 43 of the inner front wall 41, only through this projection 126, and more precisely via the curved portion 132 of its inner face.

Note that the tongues January 19 whose projection 126 is supported on a region of the inner mounting portion 43 located between two successive openings 125 are more deformed than the tabs 1 19 whose projections 126 are introduced into the openings 125, which contributes all the more to the maintenance of the label holder 1 10 on the front face 23.

Note that the openings 125 and tabs 1 19 are here configured so that two projections 126 are received in at least some of the openings 125, while a single tab 1 19 bears against a respective portion of the front wall internal 41 located between two successive openings 125 (Figure 18).

To mount the label holder 1 10 on the front face 23 of the tablet 5, the device 1 10 is brought closer to the front face 23 so that the latter enters the internal space 1 16 while passing through the introduction opening 1 17. The projections 126 come into contact with the inner mounting portion 43 so that each tab 1 19, which is elastically deformable, deviates from the first lateral wing 1 13 and then approaches it when the protrusion 126 of this tongue 1 19 penetrates into a respective opening 125, thus bringing into contact the complementary bearing face formed on the projection 126 with the bearing face formed on the edge of the opening 125, and thus realizing the securing the mounting part 1 12 to the front face 23 by snapping, and thus the mounting of the label holder 1 10 on the front face 23.

It should be noted in this respect that the at least partially curved shape of the projections 126 facilitates the insertion of the front face 23 into the internal space 1 16 and the insertion of the projections 126 into the openings 125.

Figures 21 to 24 illustrate alternative embodiments of the system according to the invention. Unlike the embodiment described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 20, the inner junction portion of the front face is connected to the inner bearing portion, rather than to the inner mounting wall.

In the variant embodiment illustrated in FIG. 21, the inner junction portion 44A and the projection 126A of the complementary locking member are shaped differently.

The inner junction portion 44A has a recumbent portion

144A extending transversely from the outer front wall 40A, substantially perpendicular to the latter, and a standing portion 145A, extending the coated portion 144A extending opposite the outer front wall 40A, substantially parallel thereto.
