Abstract

L'invention concerne un microorganisme génétiquement modifié exprimant une enzyme RuBisCO de type I ou II et une phosphoribulokinase (PRK) fonctionnelles, et dans lequel la branche non-oxydative de la voie des pentoses phosphates est au moins partiellement inhibée, ledit microorganisme étant génétiquement modifié de manière à produire une molécule exogène et/ou à surproduire une molécule endogène. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un tel microorganisme génétiquement modifié, pour la production ou la surproduction d'une molécule d'intérêt et des procédés de synthèse ou bioconversion de molécules d'intérêt.
